Everyone there was so very communicative and helpful, from airport pick up to a late night meal, due to a late flight, there was always someone there to help. In general everyone was also so friendly! The property is beautiful~ right beside the river, you can have breakfast with a view^^ If you want to visit this area it is a beautiful, quiet property to call homebase^^

Het is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het resort ligt aan de rivier. Vanuit het restaurant heb je er mooi zicht op. Wij hadden vanuit onze villa en het privé zwembad ook een vrij uitzicht op de rivier en volop privacy. Het personeel is super aardig. Echt top!

This resort is in a beautiful tropical setting and the staff were lovely. It is very isolated from shops etc and bottled water expensive at the villa and nowhere to buy any snacks (no complimentary water in the fridge). Breakfast was nice but if you choose fruit with your main you have to buy coffee,tea or fruit juice! Seemed to be additional costs for everything. It’s very quiet and we spent a day by the pool with only us there for the day which was lovely! Our villa was great with an upstairs bed and bathroom as well as one downstairs- a very different but unique experience

Saubere, gepflegte Anlage, etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum gelegen was eigentlich auch schön ruhig wäre, jedoch etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und Reisfeldsicht. Dies war angenehm gross. Die ganze Nacht über war jedoch ein lautes gequake von Fröschen und Gekos welche sich unter Umständen auch in der Dusche befinden da diese im Freien ist. Das Frühstück war für uns etwas dürftig für ein 4* Hotel, kein Buffet. Für das Dinner war auch keine grosse Auswahl. Uns kam es vor als wenn wir in einem Geisterhotel übernachten, andere Gäste waren kaum zu sehen. Also für Ruhesuchende ideal. Personal war sehr nett. Ich verbrachte meinen Geburtstag dort, ausser einem Stück Kuchen mit 2 Kerzen keine Überraschung. Hatten wir an anderen Orten schon ganz anders erlebt.

一人旅で3泊しました。ヴィラ自体に古さはあるものの、ベットはとても清潔で木の温かさがあり安心感がありました。何といっても目前に田園が広がっているのでとても静かで鶏の鳴き声がよく聞こえました。人里離れた場所でゆっくりのんびり癒されたい方には最高のロケーションだと思います。スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切でした。レストランの食事もおいしかったです。

Un des meilleurs hotels que j'ai fait. En pleine nature vu sur les rizières . Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privative, un peu loin du centre cependant. Rien à dire sur cette hotel à part que tout était parfait.

One bedroom call villa was stunning, beautiful out, book over rice paddies and the bush. Food was fantastic. Staff were fantastic. Infinity pool fantastic. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at that sort of price.

We loved the serenity of Villa Semana, the privacy and location allow for a real luxury getaway while still being close to Ubud and surrounds. The staff were fantastic and the restaurant food and service 5 star. The amenities and grounds are very well presented. This would be an excellent venue for a larger gathering such as a wedding celebration. As a honeymoon/romantic/relaxation Villa Semana is perfect. We loved it!

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed at. For a starter they do not have a manned reception but we were told that we could call them 24/7, and we could but when calling in the morning for breakfast we had to try to reach them for more than 30 minutes the same happened when trying to call during the evening. Second when you take a shower it is outside with view over rice fields, and a walk path which means very often people are standing just outside so you have no privacy when showering. Third it looks very romantic with a Villa in the “jungle” but please be aware there are a lot of reptiles and other animals outside which is okay, but the rooms has huge air gaps everywhere so the reptiles can enter your room. Over the bed there is luckily a mosquito net. One night suddenly a 30cm long gekko jumped down on the net just above our heads runs and jumps to the wall and out. After that for me as European it is very hard to fall asleep again. Also be aware the hotel is located a bit remotely from other restaurants and etc. but you can order food at the hotel. First day we ordered lunch it took more than 1hour before we got the food and only one other couple was at the hotel at this time, and sorry to say, it was the worst meal we had in Bali, but on the other hand, it was also very expensive compared to Indonesia. And last but not least the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.

The natural beauty was everywhere. It was quite noisy for a secluded resort. But I think that may have just been the luck of the draw. I don’t expect that there will be temple ceremonies with loud music until late at night often. It just so happened to be when we were there. Thank you so much for your kindness and beautiful setting.

First day we ordered lunch it took more than 1hour before we got the food and only one other couple was at the hotel at this time, and sorry to say, it was the worst meal we had in Bali, but on the other hand, it was also very expensive compared to Indonesia. And last but not least the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.

The natural beauty was everywhere. It was quite noisy for a secluded resort. But I think that may have just been the luck of the draw. I don’t expect that there will be temple ceremonies with loud music until late at night often. It just so happened to be when we were there. Thank you so much for your kindness and beautiful setting.

Great resort - small, very quiet, great gardens and views and a very comfortable villa accommodation. We loved the green surroundings, the river amd the views from the bistro where breakfast is served. Service was excellent.
