Lovely Hotel, great food, great leisure centre

Comfortable bed and pillows. Great to have the mini fridge as I was staying for work and it was nice to keep my water cold for the duration. Significant delays in the bar/restaurant even though it wasn’t very busy. Some plugs in the room were difficult to reach and get power. Fruit at breakfast on the second morning was gone fizzy.

Fab stay in a triple room. Breakfast was excellent- lots of variety. Stayed for the weekend and we all enjoyed the facilities and booked for dinner each night too.

The only negative was my room facing front had very bright lights shining into the room regardless of blackout drapes

It has been the best place we have stayed in Europe so far. We loved it!

We live the castleknock however one or two small issues on this occasion that was disappointing The jacuzzi was out of order so too was another relaxing area at tonic A lot of cleaning and repair work going on there during peak times Finally housekeeping called to the door at 12.07 just as we were getting ready to leave and I thought this was very sharp considering all hotels including cadtleknock now off check in at 4pm in the afternoon Saying that we are booked to go back again with whole family for Christmas I just hope all the amenities in tonic are working Staff at cadtleknock are excellent

Really enjoyable stay as always. Facilities excellent , room very comfortable and food was decent in the bar in the evening. Only improvement I can suggest is to get more EV chargers and make sure they’re fast chargers . For a hotel this size to have just 2 “slow chargers” isn’t good enough. This would be a deciding factor for me and many of my colleagues as a recharge is crucial when staying at a hotel

We have stayed here before, and liked it. This time, we found the room on the cold side, especially with the snow. There was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. The towels and robes provided were on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent though. Parking was good too.

Horrific, got given the furthest possible room with two toddlers and luggage to get there. For our lovely view of the bins. The baby got woken by them moving bins in afternoon, then in the evening they where moving bins about so we couldn’t get the kids to sleep. There was rubbish in the hall to our room including outside our room Staff in restaurant were standing talking so I got up to order only one girl was working the boys where all talking. Then keys to room wouldn’t work when we had the longest possible walk back with two small children. Only decent thing was the pool

The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. We will definitely be returning.

We booked the hotel as it was close to surrounding amenities, Shopping, parks, bars. However, we did book a Queen & Double room, it was our honeymoon and we ended up staying in separate beds as the beds were smaller than what we booked but I was told it was the last room. The room view was of the hotel's recycling centre which was very noisy and disappointing, I woke up on the Saturday night at 4am to staff emptying glass into containers and then again at 6am to staff having chats outside the window. This happened a few times and was very disappointing, we kept the curtains closed for the entirety of our stay. The only thing I will say is that the staff at Breakfast, Dinner and Bar were very helpful and attentive. Swimming pool changing room was unhygienic and needs a clean and update, especially if hotel guests are expected to use the facilities. For a four star hotel and the price we paid I was a little disappointed, we'd had a long week after our wedding and I didn't feel like raising the issue at the checkout desk at the time, but now wish I did.

Fijn hotel, heel comfortabel. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn ruim, schoon en netjes. Aanrader.

The hotel is absolutly beautiful wth a very friendy staff. The pool, hot tub were great as well. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel
