Property was beautiful, we really enjoyed the pool

This is a larege hotel that caters to big groups.

From the moment I went through the door, the staff was amazing and my room was more than I expected. Clean, spacious with a little treat waiting for me. Christian not only helped me find a way to my horseback riding tour but also arranged taxis, and the bus back to Dublin. All the staff was professional and friendly. When I come back to Ireland I will be staying here. Top notch service all the way.

The perfect getaway destination

Quaint and nestled in an idyllic setting

When we first checked in we received a room that was still occupied. We walked into the room and a lady was in bed sleeping. This was a shocking experience and I cannot imagine her horror waking up with us looking at her. It was absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist that made the error didn't even apologise for the mistake nor provide anything complimentary for this dismal behavior, although she said that we would receive something complimentary for her lack of excellence. We then received a room that was without shower gel during our stay. The shower was also badly insulated and the towels was drenched with water each time we showered. The staff at the restaurant was super friendly and food was exceptional. All in all... It truly was a socking experience when we checked in and we wont be back.

Breakfast started late in comparison to other countries. bistro was only open till 9 pm. Pool and gym were good but busy! Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

Great stay. Good swimming pool. Had meal in Bistro bar which was lovely. Really helpful snd friendly staff.

Mycket trevlig hotell i utkanten av Galway. Hotellet ligger i ett fint grönt område och man kan ta sig på ca 10-15 min till city center (busshållplats där buss 402 stannar ligger precis utanför hotellet). Mycket trevlig personal, mycket bra frukost med olika valmöjligheter, pool med bubbelbad är öppet varje dag, städning varje dag om så önskas. Kan varmt rekommendera att äta i hotellets bistro där mycket good mat serveras. Mycket bra valuta för pengarna! Kommer jag tillbaka till Galway så stannar jag jättegärna här igen. ❤️

Lovely hotel with affordable prices and friendly staff. Daughter is gluten free and hotel had excellent options, one of the best weve seen. Bed could be more comfortable and windows more sound proof but overall not a bad hotel.

Very friendly & helpful staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The food in the bistro was also very good. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, so we could hear everything that was going on in the rooms around us. Also, the bathroom smelled of mold and you cannot close the bathroom door from the outside because the door keeps opening.

Overall solid experience. Nothing really stood out as unusually exceptional, but there was also nothing to really point out as a flaw. It's a bit of a walk to anything, as it's mainly in a residential area, but that's part of why I chose this location.
