We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center. The proximity is so close. The room is comfortable, the staff are great, and we have enjoyed our stay.

Further from the main sights of Dublin that I thought. But within walking distance of the train which is very efficient!!

Very lovely hotel. The tram is just next to it. We also walked from the city centre which wasn’t too bad as I’m not one to walk long distances. Clean and very modern looking hotel. Room was a bit too small and I felt claustrophobic in it but that’s expected in Dublin. Breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly. Wish they had more amenities but would definitely stay again.

We chose the location because it was walking distance to the venue- Dublin convention center. I was not a fan of the staff honestly, they were a little rude and it wasn't just one person. Very limited food options. We ordered room service once and it was terrible. It was 231 euros per night and for that price I expected much more. The room was SMALL. We asked for extra towels and they gave us ONE even though it was two of us in the room. We asked the cleaning staff to change our sheets and she said she'd be back and never showed. Not worth 1200 euros for 4 nights.

Angenehme Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal vor allem an der Rezeption. Mert war sehr nett mit uns und wir haben uns von Anfang an super aufgehoben gefühlt. Leider ist das Hotel etwas außerhalb des Stadtlebens, jedoch gibt es nur 50m vom Hotel eine Straßenbahnlinie, die in die Stadt fährt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr günstig in Dublin. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert und wir würden auch wieder kommen. Preis-Leistung stimmt 👍

Μετά την πρώτη νύχτα το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε καθόλου καλά, δεν είχαν αλλάξει πετσέτες δεν πήραν τις παλιές κούπες καφέ που ήταν λερωμένες τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν στρωμένα. Ζητήσαμε late check out και η χρέωση που μας είπαν ήταν σχεδόν οσο το κόστος διανυκτέρευσης.

The Samuel was a wonderful property! We only stayed here due to a flight delay but were extremely grateful that we did. About 20-30min from the airport and next to the water. The night staff on 3/24 around 9-10pm was so helpful with transportation, directions and food suggestions. Very pleasant and friendly. When visiting Dublin again I would definitely stay here and truly recommend this property.

hotel was clean, but the rooms were small and thin. I had several bad experiences in the restaurant downstairs, there was a shortage of staff, it took twenty minutes to get the bill and i wasn't offered drink refills or the dessert menu. the restaurant is poorly staffed and managed.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I really enjoyed the shower. The restaurant on the property is excellent. I had two extremely fine breakfasts there, as well as an excellent dinner! If I was to ever stay in Dublin again, I would definitely return to The Samuel.

I love this hotel. It’s new and located in a quiet neighborhood. Luas or tram is just outside the hotel that brings you to all the key tourist spots. We recommend staying here at The Samuel hotel in Dublin.

But….just a few niggly things…
Shower door doesn clos
Room aircon switches on randomly when not needed.
TV is rubbish, just a handful of channels but even they have poor service.
