Great location for sightseeing and dining. Great Italian feel to the hotel. Parking was fabulous as there is no parking in the area. Well worth €18 per day. Piazza restaurants nearby and very close to the Shroud Museum. Breakfast included is a plus. The night receptionist man could do with an attitude adjustment. The rest of the staff were great and pleasant.

Personale molto cortese, albergo vicino alla via principale che porta a piazza Castello, la piazza principale di Torino. Colazione buona, dolce e salato a disposizione dei clienti. Possibilità di alloggiare anche in piccoli appartementi funzionali.

Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected.

Struttura vicino al Centro Storico, con una camera non molto grande, ma dotata di un balconcino con affaccio sulla strada principale. Bagno funzionale e pulito. Prima colazione abbondante e varia con diverse tipologie di dolci e cornetti. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni a Torino.

Un sejour avec un bébé, avec une demande de lit bébé mais pas de lit bébé malgré avoir dit prendre en compte la demande, nous avons même parlé d'un supplément de 30€ pour avoir ce lit, comme quoi pour nous cetait sur ! Pourtant la précision était bien reçue par l'hotel "si pas de lit bébé, nous ne pourrons pas rester dormir" Nous avons un bébé difficile pour le sommeil, nous avons passé une nuit difficile, nous avons tout barricadé, déplacé meubles et matelas et très peu dormi avec un bébé perturbé. Je ne recommande pas du tout l'hotel pour cette raison puisque le sejour a été gaché. La chambre est grande.

Abbiamo avuto un disaccordo con la receptionist riguardo al parcheggio, in quanto al momento della prenotazione sul sito non era chiaro che dovesse essere pagato a parte, quindi vale la pena prestare attenzione, in quanto ho cercato un alloggio proprio a causa del parcheggio. Per il resto ok, struttura vecchia, ma tutto pulito.

Très déçue par l’hôtel. Vestuste, la propreté n’était pas là, pour se garer il faut aller dans la rue, s’il y a des place et particulièrement cher. Pas de couette mais des couvertures. Pas de place pour ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Personnel à peine sympathique.

Decisamente non ci siamo.
Alloggio in famiglia negli appartamenti nel cortile di fianco all'hotel. appartamento datato, ma ristrutturato e di per se abbastanza carino, riscaldamento non sufficiente, dalle 23 alle 7 di mattina vengono spenti i termosifoni .
Pulizia scarsa, abbiamo trovato il wc non pulito, copriletti macchiati e lenzuola datate e consumate, oltre alle porte piene di ditate, per il resto.... chiudo un occhio.
Intendevo salvare la colazione, di per se abbastanza variegata e abbondante, invece per chiudere la mini vacanza ci sono stati serviti due cappuccini quasi freddi.
Rammento che non sono abituato a nascondermi dietro la tastiera, il tutto è stato fatto presente in fase di checkout, dall'altra parte del bancone scarso Interesse e nemmeno le scuse formali. D'altronde per cortesia e cura dei dettagli, siamo al minimo sindacale.
Esperienza da non ripetere e sconsiglio la struttura.
