Avoid if you can ,
- location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo
- The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll
- both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess can not refill theor water , this is so unacceptable …. Quality of the food so so , the food manager also not friendly at all !!

Bel hôtel, propre et excellent service à la réception avec Karol il nous a donné de bon conseil pour la randonnée. Déjeuner très bien. L'hôtel est à 15 mins du village de Cortina. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Bel hôtel propre et bien rénové. Le couloir est bruyant mais pas l’extérieur. Les vues sont magnifiques sur les montagnes. Secteur calme à peine à 20e in de Cortina. Le buffet déjeuner était bon et bien fourni.

Overall nice experience. The location is excellent to ski in Faloria ski area in Cortina d'Ampezzo. The room is spacious, while we booked a room with mountain view, but we have to go out on the small balcony to really see the mountain. The breakfast was good quality, while the dinner was a bit simple. Considering the price is acceptable. The staffs at the front desk were very nice. If we come back to the area, we might stay here again.

I would agree with other reviewers that the open areas of the hotel at times did feel like a hostel however the room was clean and updated. The parking was convenient and simple to access. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. I ended up staying two nights because it was a short drive to the Freccia Nel Cielo resort and lived up to my standards for cleanliness and safety. I would recommend this hotel!

Located in a quiet area for skiing. It is right close to a lift with good slopes to ski. Dining is excellent at the hotel. Don’t have to go anywhere if you just want to ski.

Hotel espetacular, localizado na cordilheira de Cortina.
Café da manhã farto e com grande variedade.
Cortesia dos funcionários.
A região é fantástica. Ficamos literalmente no meio da neve.
O acesso ao hotel, embora seja nas montanhas, é limpo todos os dias em época de neve e conseguimos chegar, transitar e sair com muita segurança.
Única observação foi o controle de temperatura do quarto, pois ainda que tenham tentado resolver, não se mantinha regulado.
Sentimos falta de amenidades simples, como uma cafeteira no quarto ou garrafa elétrica com chás, pois numa época tão fria, com o hotel cercado de neve, um chá quente reconforta o físico.

Ótimo local, recepcionistas da entrada ótimos e motivados à ajudar. Dois pontos negativos quarto fica fazendo barulho do exaustor do banheiro direto, nao desliga. É geral. E o café servido até as 10:00, mas chegamos as 09:25 e não tinha mais muitas opçoes e sem reposiçao. Restante muito boa localizacao, limpo, silencioso.
