We were very impressed with the staff’s consistent professionalism and friendliness. They put customer satisfaction above everything! The hotel was well maintained and had all the amenities you could ask for. Restaurants were within walking distance.
We would gladly recommend and stay again!!

Property is newly refurbished to a high standard. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very well situated for The Vatican… 2 minutes away from the property.
All other major attractions are easily reached either with public transport or walking!.

We arrived Thursday Jan 30 and stayed through Sunday Feb 2, 2025 and had an amazing time. The staff at the front counter checking us in was amazing. They sent up a complimentary glass of Sparkling Wine and some fruit as a birthday gift to my travel companion and were very helpful with directions and recomendations. Shout out to the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff! You guys were GREAT! The rooms are small but have everything you need, the balcony is fabulous I sat out there in the morning sipping a complementary expresso which came with the room, watching the city come alive, The shower was clean with strong water pressure and the color changing mood light set a nice tone. I enjoyed my stay here

Very clean and new. Rooms were hot! There is a law in Rome they cannot turn the air conditioning on in the winter so we had to sleep with the window of the bathroom open. Very loud outside of the hotel. I booked with free breakfast but was told that the hotel decided not to give it to me for whatever reason. I spoke with the front desk and they gave us only one day free but then j spoke with Expedia as well and they gave us one key cash which made up for it.

EVERYONE at this location was WONDERFUL! I can honestly say that the front desk; Giulio and Sara were amazingly helpful. They accommodated us, gave us great suggestions and a delicious bday fruit basket. The young female at the bar made my bday shot and gave me a BEAUTIFUL compliment😊
I recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed! The ONLY thing is that they do not honor Expedia VIP buffet breakfast.

È stata veramente una esperienza sbalorditiva l’hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli appena ristrutturato forse una settimana fa anzi neanche lo staff gentilissimo le camere pulitissime veramente 10 e lode consigliatissimo a tutti anche per la posizione centralissima e adiacente alle mura del Vaticano

Friends’ trip to Rome! Wonderful hotel with great staff, robust European breakfast, and clean and comfortable room. Terrace was great with whirlpool and dry spa. Bathroom in room was very clean with great water pressure and Heat and AC. Great stay! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing few days in Rome before boarding a cruise and I chose this hotel because it is directly next to the Vatican Museum and other famous attractions. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The food is somewhat expensive but the breakfast had many choices. The staff was very eager to help accommodate anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome for an extended period of time.
