レセプションでのチェックインでの対応や案内やサービス、ホテルスタッフ全員の親切な接遇、部屋、プール、テラスのバール、リストランテなど、全てにおいて完璧で、不快や不便さは全く感じませんでした。過去数回利用したことがあり、とても快適だったので、今回、選択しました。それから20年ほど経過しているので、今回の利用前にいろんな意味での老朽化をちょっとだけ懸念していましたが、全くの杞憂で、全てにおいて更に洗練されたホテルとなっていました。ロケーションも非常に便利な点も選択理由です。とても素晴らしい滞在になり、ホテルスタッフ全員にお礼を述べたいと思います。

Breakfast buffet, rooftop cocktail bar & pool, lobby bar & restaurant on the plaza were relaxing spaces to spend time in addition to lovely rooms when not touring. SMN train station makes day trips from Florence so easy. I wish we could’ve spent our entire trip in Italy based right here!
