Hotel un po’ lontano dal centro di Milano ma ottimamente servito dalla metropolitana (M1 Villa San Giovanni) a 150 metri. Reception ampia ed accogliente, cena buona e colazione nella norma. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei volentieri

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn North for 3 nights during my business trip to Milan. This a nice no nonsense hotel. The staff is extremely courteous especially at the reception, rooms were clean as well. The USP for me was the location. Nice quiet neighbourhood, 5min walk to metro that takes you downtown in about 25mins, there are couple of supermarkets in walking distance and tons of restaurants. I will stay again at Hilton if I go back.

Cuando lleguè, me pidieron la tarjeta para cargar el coste de la estancia más una retención de una 20% al pasar el teléfono con la tarjeta me di cuenta que me había equivocado de tarjeta, y le dije que me lo anularan que quería hacerlo con la tarjeta de trabajo. El recepcionista me dijo que no me preocupara que durante el check out podía decir que quería pagar con otra tarjeta sin problema. Al hacer esta mañana el check out, otra recepcionista me dice que no es posible porque anoche se cerrò la cuenta y ya me lo han cargado. Al reclamar ya que el cargo se ha realizado en mi tarjeta personal, me dice que no puede hacer nada, porque tiene que hablar con su superior, que no està y me pide el mail sin darme ningún tipo de solución.

Located in a very quiet neighbourhood, only 3 minutes walk from a metro station (Line 1 - Red). Modern room and bathroom. Very comfortable and firm bed. The fridge is empty so we can put our own things inside it. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is also very good.

The local is close to the subway station what is great.
The first night the fire alarm went off 4 times waking up everybody and making everybody go down to the entrance 4 times and we did not sleep that night and they would send us back in saying it was a false alarm
The confort was okay but the rooms was very small
I have seem better 4 star hotels

The rooms and staff are excellent, breakfast buffet is very good and the hotel and parking facilities are excellent.
For Italy, this hotel is excellent value for money and sets a standard far higher than regular Hilton Garden Inns.
Great location for drinking to the lakes and Alps.

The property is clean, the high quality furniture selected and the pictures on the walls were great. The breakfast and food are very good. The parking lot is large and suitable for all kinds of vehicles. The sauna in the spa is beautiful. There are saunas at 3 different temperatures. There is also a large pool in the spa. The nature view outside the hotel is beautiful. 15-20 minutes by car from Frankfurt center.

Loved the spacious rooms with high ceilings and large windows. Take note- to access the check in you must pull up to the gate and ring the doorbell to be let it. If you plan on doing laundry, look up the cycle length. The washer ran for 2hrs on my first load! Overall great stay, quiet, clean, modern. Bring your own drinking water, we were told the hotel doesn't sell water bottles.
