Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport

Perfect for its proximity to the airport. Nothing fancy but perfectly fine place to stay.

Phone number provided for hotel did not work and email messages through Orbitz system went unanswered.

Pros: shuttle to airport was excellent, punctual and ran around the clock every 15 minutes. Cons: we waited in line nearly 45 minutes before we could check in because the process was so slow. The on site restaurant was understaffed and order was not taken for quite some time after being seated. Food was average and incredibly salty. The mattress in the room was very hard and felt rubbery. The sheets were rough and scratchy. The bathroom door was crooked on its hinges and would not close.

O ônibus gratuito sai do terminal 3, porta 3, mas no subsolo, onde tem a placa azul com o nome do hotel, de 15 em 15 minutos por 24 horas !!! Cama excelente, banheiro amplo, ótimo café da manhã e boas opções para o jantar. Não tem piscina, mas banheiro com banheira. Máquina de gelo nos andares. Local silencioso e tranquilo.

When we arrived we asked about validating parking, we were told when we checked out to bring them the ticket and they would validate it, that was a lie I will explain more soon. We go up to our room and key cards will not work, my husband goes back down and the lady says you put the key cards too close to your phone and he explains no I didn’t. She comes back up with two new cards, plus the ones we had finally on 4th card it opens. We change clothes and leave and something just told me to check the card again on the card reader, it did not work. We were locked out of the room. We go down stairs and new lady is at the counter we tell her about situation when we arrived she then again tells us we had cards to close to phone and we explain no we didn’t. She says it has to be it that there is nothing wrong with the lock. My husband goes back up to the room alone and leaves his cell phone with me and the cards don’t work. The lady then makes two more cards and this time I go with her and the door will not open and she doesn’t once apologize. She then call’s maintenance and tells us to go back to room and maintenance. Will meet us up there. Maintenance showed up he tried couldn’t get it unlocked. Finally replaced the batteries and then the card start working, no appologizes. At check out they charge us $21 for parking and I say we should be comped for the inconvenience at check in. The girl the mumbles something to coworker and they both laugh. So rude and disrespectful.

Clean comfortable rooms. Restaurant was better than expected for a hotel near the airport.

The ladies at the front desk were sweet and efficient.

The beds where not good. We book this place prior to our vacation return

Convenient and comfortable for an airport overnight stay.

The airport shuttle was an added bonus. The location to the airport can’t be beat. It was fine for the night we needed to stay in Rome.

It is on airport property in a remote location. Not appealing.

Very expensive for a old hotel, breakfast not included also you can’t check in early only after 3pm

Perfect place to spend your last night in Italy and be close to the airport for your early morning flight.

Frequent shuttles to FCO was great. bar area and restaurant were good

Older property, slight musty odor in the room. Restaurant food rated 3/10. Be aware that the pizza on the menu is not the typical pizza ordered. Apparenty, we ordered a salad pizza that did not specify salad pizza (lettuce, deli meat, mozzarella cheese) that is not oven cooked.

Pratique pour le retour à la maison car la navette vous amène au terminal directement.

Étant près de l'aéroport il n'y a rien autour, toutefois l'hôtel offre un très bon restaurant et un espace bar. Le transport de navette pour l'aller retour de l'aéroport est tres efficace.

Our room was super dirty and dusty. Woke up with a stuffy nose it was so dusty. We also arrived at 12:00am and were leaving at 5am. The service was incredibly slow, due to a technical error apparently. Lastly, I had pre bookend a room for 3 with a sofa bed. This was well known by the hotel. However, arriving in my room at 12:15am, the sofa bed was no out or ready. So here I am trying to setup and make a bed. Didn’t realize I was getting paid to work at the Hilton. Not worth 200 euros
