Location was great, very clean rooms and hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. Great that they had options for bar and food service. Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps as well as subway to make traveling easy. Close to shopping and restaurant options as well. We were a family of four that booked 2 adjoining rooms. Bathrooms a bit small and not much storage for toiletry items but felt standard to other hotels even in US.

Hotel staff spoke English, and we very friendly. They provide transportation to and from the extremely helpful airport. After walking to all the sites all day, they have a great wellness area with a pool and hot hub. This was very beneficial after a long day of walking.

Excellent location however hot water to our room on floor 5 was an issue.
Both nights took ages to get a trickle coming through.
Car parking was a little away up a hill so maybe not brilliant if you are travelling with children but maybe thats the price you pay for a good location.

Didn’t even stay it was so bad. They advertised one thing and then when u get there they say because it wasn’t through them direct. They send us to another building down the street that looks like a scary film.

Senga var alt for hard. Putene var for flate. Vi fikk ikke lov til å sitte utenfor hotellet uten at vi måtte kjøpe noe. Det syns vi var dårlig med tanke på at vi var gjester på hotellet. Det var mange ledige bord men fikk alikevel ikke lov til å sitte der. Heller ikke inne.

Staff is pleasant and accommodating to customers they have nice clean rooms wonderful spa you can reserve and lovely rooftop bar! Çok memnun kaldık. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Otel çok merkezi. Aşk çeşmesi, İspanyol merdivenleri ve ünlü alışveriş caddeleri çok yakınında. Zaten cıvıl cıvıl güzel bir sokak üzerinde. Çevresinde hee türlü cafe, restaurant var, çocuk için MC Donalds bile. Kahvaltısı ise çeşitli ve lezzetli. Tekrar gelsek, yine burada kalırız. Perfottooo everything !
