Staff was helpful and flexible— we were planning to drop luggage off at the front desk in the morning of our arrival but the room was ready and they let us leave our luggage in our room. Hotel isn’t typical, you have to go upstairs in what looks like an apartment building and thru a door to get to the front desk. The room was dated but clean, the shower is tiny, no tub, some fixtures rusted or worn, and there were no nice touches or complimentary soaps/lotions, but the price was competitive for a room with three beds for 2 adults and 2 little kids on a family trip. I’m happy with our stay. Also walking distance (even when heavily burdened in the predawn dark) to the coach bus shuttle to fiumicino.

Clean room, but sleep was challenging
The room was clean, which I appreciated. However, it was quite difficult to sleep at night due to significant noise coming from the street. There were only two pillows, and they seemed quite worn, making it hard to get comfortable. The photos online looked better than the reality, but overall, it was still enough for a short stay. Considering the conditions, I found it a bit expensive for what it offered.

It was incredibly loud. The walls were paper thin we heard people in both rooms around us, in addition to street noise. The room itself felt sketchy. The carpet was insanely dirty. I walked bare feet around the bed and my feet were black underneath.
This place had great proximity to the vatican, just 5 minutes away, with lots of restaurants, and cafes right by.

All were good except there is no direct reach to hotel by car. It’s on the beach and we have to park 3 narrow streets before hotel and have to take shuttle. Moreover we have to wait in queue for the shuttle and there is one car as a shuttle service

The location was nice and close to the vatican. It is on the main road and a bit noisy due to constant traffic if your room faces the road. Note that in order to use the AC, you will need pay an extra 10 euros. Luckily we did not need it as the weather was nice/ The furniture is a bit old but functional. The staff is excellent and very nice and accommodating!

i didnt get the view that i was presented during my reservations,, their excuse was that they were full.
also room was a little deteriorated, wall papers etc,, coudnt get cleanup on time.
