Muy buena ubicación

Nous avons eu un super accueil. L’hôtel est bien placé, moins de 10 min à pieds du centre-ville. L’hôtel est un peu dans son jus. La déco est vintage. Le parking au sein de l’hôtel c’est le top!

Stayed one night with family. Staff was amazing. Hotel amenities really lacking. Fridge was broken and our deli had to be thrown out. AC was barely working. Website says there is a rooftop garden but when we asked they said no. Pillows were barely pillows. We had to stuff them with towels, completely flat. Breakfast deli had soured. I felt like they gave up a little and let the place get run down. It needs desperately better amenities, things fixed and more effort out in the comfort.of the guests. For one night it was ok. I couldn't stay there more than that. It's a shame. Location was good and staff very sweet.

The hotel is located walking distance to public transport on the cross roads of main roads and walking distance to main sites . The room is good size and has a large balcony with great views .

La struttura è un po’ datata. Avrebbe bisogno di un restyling. Ambirti pilitisdimi. Personale gentilissimo e dusponibilissy.

This hotel was well priced compared to other options in the area. We were able to even find a free parking pretty easily. If you can’t find parking they also have a parking garage option for only five euro which is pretty well priced compared to other places we stayed along our Italy trip

Lovely hotel near bus station perfect location...Alberobello is absolutely amazing will be back and will stay in this hotel again ..they gave us our room when we arrived very nice people polite and helpful

Due lettini uniti non fanno un letto matrimoniale. Pulizia molto superficiale, ero consapevole della camera piccina, ma non della vasca scomodissima, in aggiunta anche il rubinetto rotto. Ho lasciato un asciugamano per terra in quanto mancava il tappetino per appoggiare i piedi bagnati dopo essermi lavata, per farlo asciugare l'ho appeso alla vasca stessa. Al ritorno quello stesso asciugamano l'ho trovato sugli altri puliti. "Camere insonorizzate" è una bugia totale, si sente praticamente tutto! Negli ascensori un odore nauseabondo. Colazione indescrivibile, latte e caffè annacquati e cornetti vecchi. Sono andata via un giorno prima, proprio perché la situazione è stata sgadevole e deludente. Se non altro, per questo motivo, non mi hanno fatto pagare i caffè al bar e i giorni di parcheggio. Mi dispiace per i due signori alla reception, gentili. Soprattutto il ragazzo con barba e occhiali, mi ha fatto una dettagliata descrizione della zona. Per il resto, è tutta facciata. Delusione totale. Doveva essere un 4 stelle, magari lo è stato, ma oggi non più. Può succedere, ma bisognerebbe ridimensionare la situazione e non illudere i clienti, perché la descrizione che si trova sui siti di prenotazione non collima con la realtà dei fatti.

Hotel was very close to the town and station. It was very clean but quite tired. Overall it was reasonable value for money

The property was a true 5star ! It was modern with all the bells and whistles one can only dream about. It was spotless and clean and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! We hope we can visit again!

Tutto perfetto, personale gentilissimo

Situato in un ottimo punto, a 10 minuti a piedi dai trulli. Colazione abbondante e camere pulite. Unica pecca ascensore piccolo e luce centrale nelle camere assente. Camere poco insonorizzate.
