Bed mattress need to be update, the overall property needs a be updated. When using the pool facility you are required to pay usage. Breakfast is always lacking of replenishment, example no scramble egg available if your not early.

For a hotel that advertises for tourists, it was not very tourist friendly. The pool was great with toys for the kids. But towels? Forget it. They don’t offer - you have to bring your own. BRING YOUR OWN?! What travelling tourist brings their own towel? Oh, just use your shower towel and ask housekeeping for more towels you say? There is a penalty for that. The hotel clearly used to allow smoking indoors as everything reeked of stale cigarettes. The mattress was so thin that it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. When we arrived, there were stray hairs from someone else on the toilet lid and in the sink. Would absolutely never stay there again without a complete interior overhaul. But the pool was nice.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the staff were noticeably unfriendly, which set a poor tone from the start. The breakfast was extremely unappetising, it looked as though it had been sitting out for far too long and lacked any freshness or care. The hotel itself felt very outdated and in need of serious renovation. The bar didn’t open until later in the afternoon, which was inconvenient, and I was surprised to learn that access to the pool required an extra fee, something I believe should have been included. To make matters worse, the internet wasn’t working during my stay. When I asked about it, the staff offered no alternative solutions or compensation, and seemed generally indifferent to the issue. Overall, this stay was a letdown. I expected better service and amenities, and I won’t be returning.

Hotel propre, bien entretenu. Hotel placé en bord de route, on se sent un peu au milieu de nulle part . Hôtel où il y avait plusieurs groupes scolaires : des groupes italiens on fait le bazar toute la nuit, écoliers et profs. Personne de l'hôtel ne leur a dit quoi que ce soit. J'ai très mal dormi à cause du bruit.

Personale assente e sgarbato, in 5 giorni di permanenza la camera è stata pulita due sole volte tra cui una senza rifare il letto, abbiamo quasi pregato il personale per degli asciugamani puliti, per non parlare della carta igienica che non ci hanno dato. Per fortuna avevamo prenotato solo per la colazione, perché ci siamo azzardati a cenare solo una volta in hotel e oltre a non venire calcolati dai camerieri perché non facevamo parte di nessuna agenzia (?), subito dopo la cena (pagata 100 euro) io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati male tutta la notte. Colazione a buffet con i prodotti del discount..compresi di posate sporche e piatti ancora bagnati perché appena usciti dalla lavastoviglie. Unica nota positiva è la piscina..per fortuna nei nostri giorni di permanenza sempre pulita..il bar accanto la piscina totalmente inutile se non per qualche gelato, ma se vuoi uno spritz o un cocktail qualsiasi.. trovi un ragazzino messo lì che purtroppo non sa cosa fare, ma non per colpa sua. Camera con vista sulla tettoia del ristorante, letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli che attenzione a muoversi perché si separano. Bagno piccolo e antico forse anche francese visto che privo di bidè.. sciacquone che funziona solo dopo averci provato più volte, box doccia ridicolo perché crea un lago nel bagno e ovviamente non c'è nemmeno un tappetino..e attenzione a chiudere la porta altrimenti si resta chiusi in bagno. Esperienza terribile.

L'hogel est bien. A l'ancienne mais joliment repeint. Très belle piscine et très bon remplacement pour visiter les temples et Scala dei Turchi. On dort très mal car manque d'isolation entre chambre et couloir et entre les chambres. Prévoir boulquies !

Doccia rotta condizionatore rumoroso letti sfondati

Esperienza da 2 stelle. La piscina era verde, la risposta da parte di quello che penso sia il proprietario o il responsabile é stata “é così perché c’è tanta gente”. E che vuol dire? La camera e il bagno discreti, a parte il mini frigo non funzionante. Sentivo molta gente lamentarsi del condizionatore rotto, che in piena estate non é ammissibile in un hotel. La colazione da zero stelle, dovrebbe essere garantita dalle 7 alle 10, siamo scesi alle 9 e non c’era più nulla, solo dei cornetti confezionati e qualche pezzo di pane, burro e marmellata. I dipendenti (bagnini e camerieri) disponibilissimi e comprensibili, il responsabile/proprietario da zero stelle, molto scortese.

Nella mia piccola esperienza nulla è andato storto

Una bella struttura, che con qualche piccolo accorgimento sulla manutenzione (infissi è rubinetteria) sarebbe tra le migliori. Comunque tutto sommato è andato bene, con Expedia prezzo accessibile, buona la colazione, reception accogliente.

En séjour de 3 nuit en famille, nous avons apprécié la demi-pension de très bonne qualité mais l'hôtel est vieillissant et beaucoup de choses cassées ne sont pas remplacées. Le personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute et compréhensif, d'ailleurs nous avons changé trois fois de chambre, merci à eux, mais dans l'ensemble l'extérieur et la piscine sont très agréables.

The staff's language skills were at a really poor level, however, the hotel was also advertised to international customers. The quality of the food in the restaurant was moderate, but it did not match the price/quality ratio of the rest of Sicily. The hotel's free parking depends on luck, in our case the car was parked in the middle of an abandoned industrial plot. I see a complete lack of maintenance as the biggest factor that worsens comfort. In fact, in any destination you looked at, something was broken or unmaintained. The actual greatest joy was not caused by the sanitary water leak in the ceiling of the room's shower

Personale gentile, piscina non male ma la struttura al suo interno è fatiscente. Le camere sono da rimodernare, soprattutto le pareti sono assolutamente da ritinteggiare e nei bagni i servizi igienici sono da sostituire perché troppo datati e con le rubinetterie arrugginite. Sinceramente anche se il prezzo era buono non ci tornerei

Tråkigt läge, ödsligt hotell nu när det inte är badsäsong. Tråkig frukost. Kallt rum, kallt i hela hotellet.

La posizione strategica.Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione, i servizi sono tutti disponibili, l'ampio parcheggio, la grande e bella piscina, la disponibiltà dello staff, l'abbondante e completa colazione, la vicinanza al grande centro commerciale e a tutte le zone di interesse.

Good hotell, wish the selection for breakfast was a bit better.

Prix excessif par rapport aux services (séjour hors saison). Concernant le restaurant, on y mange plutôt bien. Cependant il vaut mieux savoir parler italien, aucune carte et aucune explication ou conseil de la part du personnel.. décevant !

늦은 밤 숙박만을 위해 이용했습니다. 약간 수련회때나 회사 워크샵 때 이용하는 관광 호텔 느낌입니다. 침대가 너무 불편하고 방도 환기가 안되서 불편했어요. 그래도 시설들이 낡아서 그렇지 다 깨끗 했습니다. 조식할때 보니 수영장이 꽤 크고 관리도 잘 되어 있었어요. 저녁에 컨디션이 별로 안 좋아서 룸서비스 시켜먹었는데, 맛도 나쁘지 않고 가격도 저렴했습니다. 주차도 무료였고 가격 대비는 괜찮아요.
