Hotel Del Sud

Hotel um pouquinho distante do centro histórico mas que atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades e expectativas. Quarto espaçoso, bastante vaga na rua para estacionar (parquímetro) e com muito comércio ao redor (conveniência, padaria, café e até um Mc Donald's bem na frente).

Stayed for just one night and it was a really unpleasant experience. The toilet didn’t have a proper lock, and the space inside was extremely cramped — even a small child would find it hard to use. For the amount they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. I’d strongly suggest finding a better place to stay.

Ok aber schon w Y Ziemluch in die Jahre gekommen

Nah bei M3 Metro Porta Romana, wo viele Restaurants, Bars gibt. Auch, das Hotel ist nicht weit von M3 Brenta Metro Station. Zimmerwand ist anscheinend dünn, alles ist hörbar. Abends gibt es wenig zu sehen.

a mio avviso l'hotel poteva dare molto di più; la stanza era discretamente nella norma, se non fosse che mancava di un cassetto del comò a destra e una parte del secondo muro dietro lo stesso comò era leggermente staccata. il bagno poteva essere migliorato nel lavandino, dato che l'acqua scendeva a fatica (presumo che ci sarà un accumulo di qualcosa nelle tubature, forse capelli), il box doccia era leggermente stretto ma vabbè poteva essere sorpassato. nel complesso, l'hotel può dare di più, dato la sua vicinanza alla metro Brenta e alla stazione ferroviaria Milano Porta Romana.

A localizacao é próxima do acesso ao metro, tem restaurantes ao redor e o chuveiro é bom. Fora isso, os demais pontos são negativos: local barulhento, extremamente simples, travesseiro adicional estava com a feonha mofada, o cobertor não deu coragem de usar.

Sitio para pasar una noche nada más. Precio alto y el sitio es bastante antiguo, no hay aire acondicionado aun que si un ventilador. La localización por la noche no inspira demasiada seguridad.

Para una noche no está nada mal pero no para mucho más es verdad que para dormir las camas bastante cómodas y las almohadas también pero en nuestros baño faltaban baldosas y estaba un poco regulin, la boca de metro justo al lado y mucho sitios para comer o cenar cerquita

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty nice.

Terrible experience. My bed was full of insects that kept biting me. First I thought it was mosquitos, and then I opend the light lights and see the bed full of insects. I had to change room immediately.

Cerca del metro. Esta limpio y el servicio del recepcionista fue excelente.

The stay was good. Bed was comfy. I had Supermarkets and convenience Shops with 3 and 4 minute walks. Mcdonalds litetally opposite is always a winner and 5/10 minute walk to the metro I would definately stay again.

Pro’s – location (few min walk to the metro station), on the same Metro line with Duomo and Central station, has huge 24h store nearby, friendly stuff, strong Wi-Fi signal. Personal bathroom, although not in the best condition. Cons – even through the reservation clearly stated “not smoking room”, our room had very strong tobacco smell, which couldn’t be vented out. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything, like people make love in other room, or someone talks few rooms away. The chair in our room was sticky and cushion ripped apart, so I had to place a towel just to sit there. We spent 3 nights in the hotel and didn’t get any housekeeping, I had to remove my trash and run to the front desk to ask for extra piece of soap. The toilet water supply was leaky, so every time we flushed the toilet, we had to wipe a spill on the floor. Summary: you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel close to the center, you should look for another place (and probably at least triple price). If you’re coming to Milan for a couple of days for sightseeing, and just need a relatively cheap hotel to take a shower and crash for the night, it may work for you.
