We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent—very close to the Vatican and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The service was generally very good, and the room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including slippers, multiple towels, beauty sets, and toothbrushes. Housekeeping was done daily, which we appreciated. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming, though unfortunately, our experience upon arrival was not ideal. There was an African man at reception who did not assist us at all, despite the fact that we had a baby, a stroller, and several bags. He did not came with us to show the room especially when we have been there for the first time. That was disappointing. The room itself was not huge, but it was a good size for the three of us. The main issue was the bed—the mattress made squeaky noises and seemed quite old, which led to some back pain. The pillows were also too big and firm for our liking, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The have to invest a little bit more on this side taking into account that the accommodation has 4 stars.

Excellent hotel. Perfectly placed in great surroundings of the Vatican. A very special visit at a very special time!

I love the proximity to St Peters -- and the staff are excellent and very helpful.

Woman who checked us in was very pleasant and arranged for take away breakfast when she learned we had an early flight.

Block and a half from the Vatican and walking distance to most ancient attractions. Staff is top notch, helpful and professional in every way. Front desk lent an electrical adapter that I had forgotten Breakfast is great, great restaurants outside the front door Front desk can book a ride to the airport Bathrooms updated and clean I recommend this hotel and will stay again

Ótimo hotel. Funcionários sempre solícitos e educados, café da manhã muito bem servido, além de ficar ao lado do Vaticano. Ficaria novamente sem dúvidas.
