Slightly stressful to drop of luggage - one way alley - but otherwise great stay.
If you are in a shoulder season trip, the HVAC is centrally controlled, so you will have to adjust to Sicilian temperature preferences ( i.e. on the warmer side).

La habitación estaba por debajo de lo esperado: habitación vieja, con humedades (olor incluido), baño aceptable. Como contrapunto, el personal muy agradable, especialmente la chica que nos atendió en recepción la mañana que llegamos. Desayuno muy correcto y ubicación bastante buena para explorar la ciudad.

Buffet petit-déjeuner moyen, pas de jus de fruits frais (dans le pays des citrons et oranges?). Literie confortable, pas de vue: les fenêtres donnent sur un puits de lumière aux façades délabrées. Climatisation ok.
Très bien situé dans Ortigia. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Nice stay in this beautiful hotel. Wonderful room with painted ceiling. Good breakfeast but we did not feel welcome to it (have to ask for forks, spoon, and seem to bother when asking). The hotel location is very good, not in the overcrowded parts of Ortigia, but at walking distance of everything. The team can send your car plate to the police to authorize access to ZTL to drop off luggages.
Some people went back to their room late in the night and made lot of noise in the corridors.

We booked a “Superior” room as it cost only a few extra Euros/night but ended up with a standard room (smaller and zero view).
They gave us a discount on departure but make sure you get the Superior if you book Superior. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotellet ligger fint til og i den forstand bra utgangspunkt, men etter vi klagde på ar AC ikke virket, bad om et annet rom så ble de fornærmede men ga os et annet rom der AC fungerte, på rommet vi hadde først var det 29 grader på rommet med AC på fullt.
