Reception staff were very welcoming, warm, and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was comfortable but could be updated. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Great location close to bus and train station, walkable to major sites.

La estancia en este hote no pudo ser peor. Llegamos al hotel sobre las 7 de la tarde, y nos indicaron que por razones de mantenimiento nos derivaban a otro hotel cercano. Pagamos por un hotel de 4 estrellas y nos derivaron sin compensar en precio a otro de categoria inferior, de 3 estrellas. No entendemos que no se nos avisara con antelacion por si huberamos podido cancelar e ir a otro hotel, o, en la publicidad del grupo habia otros hoteles de 3 y 5 estellas. Lo logico hubiera sido enviarnos al de la misma categoria. Aparte de esto, el hotel tenia un aspecto terrible, con zapatos y camisetas tendidas en las ventanas...

Nous devions loger à l’hôtel Igea pour 2 nuits, suite à un incident on a transféré notre chambre à l’hôtel Leonessa (même groupe) situé de l’autre côté de la gare. Hôtel neuf, chambre spacieuse et propre, personnel sympathique et petit déjeuner buffet copieux !

Fiz a reserva para dois adultos e uma criança pequena 3 anos. Chegamos mais cedo e a moça que nos atendeu foi muito atenciosa, nosso quarto não estava pronto mas ela guardou nossas malas e perguntou se queríamos uma cama pequena para o meu filho. Eu aceitei e em hora nenhuma ela me falou de custos. Quando voltei pra dormir vi que tinha um berço, sem Lençol ou travesseiro, no meu quarto. Meu filho tem 3 anos, ele se quer cabe no berço. No outro dia na hora do check out outra atendente, bem menos educada, me disse que tinha uma taxa de 10 euros. Eu perguntei do que e ela me falou que era do berço. Eu questionei dizendo que não usei e que não me pedi, me goi oferecido. Ela me falou que não tinha o que ser feito e ficou por isso.

Bom custo x beneficio. Fica perto da estação, disponibiliza estacionamento convienado, porém não tem lugar para estacionar na frente, pois toda a quadra é linha de ônibus, dificultando assim, o desembarque das malas. O café não estava incluso e optamos por não tomar lá. O quarto estava ok.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.

Il bagno è stato senza dubbio il punto più basso della mia permanenza: già un 4 stelle che non lascia in dotazione del cliente cuffietta e saponi monouso è a dir poco strano. Se poi aggiungiamo che aprendo il doccino sparava da tutte le direzioni come se fosse pieno di calcare e che il doccione mi è cascato in testa, allora è davvero sconcertante!
