The hotel room had amazing amenities; coffee, daily water, smart tv, automatic blinds, AC/heat, safe, mini fridge. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet that's included with every room; variety of options and also delicious. Staff also serve you drinks during breakfast. They also keep their lounge open all day for drinks and relaxation. Their concierge Imma went above and beyond to help us during our stay. My knee was hurting and she offered daily ice for me, let me know about their accessible lift if needed, suggested certain medications from the pharmacy that could help, etc. She also printed a map of Sorrento and gave us many tips and recommendations on it for us because she knew we were heading to that town next. She always ensured we were taken care of and always accommodated to us or offered accommodations. We couldn't speak more highly of her. We definitely recommend this hotel!
The only critique is that the rooms arent sound proof. You can hear guests that are in rooms close to you so maybe bring earplugs if sensitive to sound!

Hotel was lovely - well located, my triple room was comfortable and spacious, and amenities were provided (without needing to ask for them). The team was excellent and the highlight of the stay, getting in touch early to offer suggestions, transportation options, making sure we were comfortable, and even reaching out about earphones that my friend had left behind. Special thanks to Imma and Salvatore!

This is the cutest property. Area is clean, bright, upbeat and still quaint. The breakfast was the best we had in all 15 days of our travels. The hosts helped answer all of our questions.

This hotel’s location is perfect. It’s about a seven minute walk down to the beach. The balcony’s look over one of the main strips with shops and restaurants. Very walkable area. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They assisted us with booking a day trip to Almalfi, and they always asked how our stay was going when they greeted us in the lobby. Breakfast and the cappuccinos were delicious!

My stay here was absolutely perfect. It’s centrally located and close to the beach, ferry port, and several restaurants and shops. My room was excellently cleaned and the sea view was the perfect cherry on top. Not to mention the delicious breakfast that was included with my stay. They offer free towels if you plan to have a beach day and have so many recommendations to add to your itinerary. Salvatore helped me set all of that up upon check in. His service is the main reason I will be booking here again in the future. Overall one of my favorite stays and I would recommend to anyone!

The hotel is located in a prime location in the heart of Positano, just a five minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were very accommodating and made sure that we had arrangements for transportation. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was high quality.

The staff were so amazing to us! Even weeks prior they reached out and organized everything for us so easily no matter the time of day. They also tried really hard to get my lost luggage for me, offered to pack our breakfast to go, called every restaurant to get us reservations, all our rides. I am so grateful that they made my birthday trip special. Also the location is perfect!

Theres also a bakery about 5 minutes walk from hotel.
The view across the hotel is amazing.
Breakfast: excellent choices including fresh fruits, pastries, cheese, meats.
Choice of coffees: Cappuccino, American, espressos
Choice of Juices
Bacon, eggs etc.
Taxi service across hotel for transport and pick up at Naples Airport.
Overall an excellent hotel including wonderful caring staff.

This property has been one of my favorites if not my favorite I have stayed at! The staff were amazing, they were so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable about the area. The area was perfect so close to the main beach and lots of restaurants and bars! 10/10 would recommend!
