Boa localização, hotel limpo e o atendimento da recepção foi excelente. Super recomendo.

Brilliant location. Breakfast wasnt good atall, worst coffee i have had. The staff also unhelpful and stand offish.

Quarto minúsculo e escuro. Café da manhã péssimo! Não dá p considerar como um hotel 4 estrelas!

Great location, full size beds in triple rooms , clean

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and in a quiet street. Hotel is very clean. Staff is very polite. Breakfast was poor (scrambled eggs were terrible) and cold. The hotel should provide an iron machine.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, supermarket and shopping district. The room is spacious even for 3 adults. Reception staff are friendly. However the breakfast selection was very limited.

Hotel Memphis is within walking distance to a number of fabulous Rome landmarks. Our room was great though a little small (expected for being in the centre of the city) and had a balcony which we used. The included breakfast was wonderful and really set us up for the day. Thanks for having us and we hope to come back one day.

I did not like the associate at the breakfast buffet. She was constantly looking at what I was eating and I heard her make some bad comments in Italian, which by the way I speak Italian. I did notice that she was looking at everything everyone was taking, which is not right because we did pay for breakfast included.

Quarto muito espaçoso, banheiro grande com banheira, variedade no café da manhã, muito perto da Fontana de trevi e da estação de Metrô! Perfeito

I loved the very central location of this hotel. It's close to all the popular attractions my room was very quiet, no traffic noise at all. The staff at reception were always helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good.

We liked the location. Nice breakfast and super helpful staff. Trevi fountain and Spanish steps were 15 minutes walking. Tons of restaurants near and great shopping.

Chambre et lit confortable. Salle de bain complète. Pas de soleil le matin c’est parfait pour faire la grasse matinée. Demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue pour plus de tranquillité. Petit-déjeuner bien complet, dans nos goûts ! Un très beau séjour ! Personnel agréable.

This hotel is documented as a 4 star hotel but in reality its a 3 star. The staff are very friendly and helpful and no complaints regarding those. The hotel itself could do with a freshen up/modernising, we stayed in room 107 which was a classic double, the room was tidy with tv on the wall, sky box balanced on top half against the wall and half behind which looked messy, the room just needs modernising to be a 4 star hotel as furniture looks like they have been there since the 90's. The bathroom again needs bringing up to date, there were some mosiac tiles missing from around the shower controls, the sealant around the shower was coming away and it looked as if other parts of the sealant had been bodged together, a hook at the side of the door into the bathroom had been removed and some gaffer tape just put over the gap. Not what should be in a 4 star hotel.The wall under the desk looked like itd seen better days. Cleaners made up the room daily and changed towels and replenished the toiletries provided. Unfortunately our room was right at the end of a corridor where the cleaners access all their stuff so were awoken early in the morning by banging cupboards or them talking to one another loudly. The breakfast included was ok and basic with minimal warm food, nothing to write home about. The location though is absolutely perfect for accessing trevi fountain, collosseum and spanish steps and the main shopping road.

Perfekt placering i Rom. Nära till det mesta, enkelt att hitta via kartor (IPhone) super trevlig personal och rummet var helt okej. Frukosten var absolut okej, kunde önskat lite mer utbud men helt klart godkänd. Kommer lätt komma tillbaka om vi ska åka till Rom igen.

Hated that the property didn’t have a steamer or Iron at the hotel. Should have been listed, it was such an inconvenience to get clothes ironed at a laundromat. Do no recommend staying here.

We had a great experience at the Hotel Memphis. We arrived earlier than check-in time after flying in from Boston on an overnight flight. We were able to check in early and enjoy our day in Rome on the day of the Pope's funeral. The location was in town and close to many attractions. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and an easy check out. I would highly recommend Hotel Memphis!

Location was perfect!! But the bathroom shower and bedroom turned out to be extremely small. I couldn’t turn in the shower without thinking I might elbow the door.
