My wife and I stayed here three nights while traveling to various locations by car around Rome. The location was convenient to the airport and destinations to the South of Rome, and into Rome. The parking was by the front door and guarded. The room was fine, the air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was fine, and one dinner we ate there also. The staff were hospitable and the place created a friendly and positive experience.

It was just ok. for a 4 star with no complimentary water is mean especially in summer. Service was not so great with very uninspiring breakfast options repeated consistently. This is low standard for a 4 star hotel. needs improvement

Not so friendly staff. Check in was slow. Hotel is very noisy, ventilation is loud, you can hear water running in the pipes from other rooms. Positive was the gym which was very nice.

The place advertised a pool. It had pictures of the pool in its advertising. The WiFi did not work in my room. It only worked in the lobby. There was no way to get just a cup of coffee in the morning. Only available if you purchased the breakfast buffet. I would not recommend this hotel.

We booked the hotel because we were under the impression that there is a pool and a nice terrace with trees. However upon arrival we discovered that everything is under construction. Nobody from the hotel informed us about that prior to arrival. There is a minibar but no water available. The hotel‘s location is not bad and everything is modern and clean thats why we give 2 stars. But the personnel is not very welcoming and friendly. When we checked out we were not even asked how the stay was. It was a cold bye. We ate at the restaurant one time. Pasta was great in flavour but then we ordered dessert and that was a big flop. Tiramisu in Italy which is frozen and industrial. That was a big disappointment. We ate better Tiramisu in other countries than in the home of it. Over all our expectations were not met at all.
