Las habitaciones están excelentes, la ubicación excelente, el único problema es que no tiene elevador, pero todo lo demás muy bien

Really convenient place to stay , 5 min walk from the train station and everything else is so close, the staff were very friendly, and rooms are very quiet

I dont recommend this hotel , its very uncomfortable , the matress very old. Please check another option for your vacation !!!

The staff at this hotel is wonderful—very kind, helpful, and genuinely sweet. The location is perfect for travelers arriving by train or anyone who wants to explore a walkable area. Most major sites are within a 15-minute walk, many just 6 minutes away. Unfortunately, my room fell short in three critical areas: breakfast, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The hotel does not offer breakfast at all, despite listings that suggest otherwise—this needs to be updated on the hotel’s website and on Expedia. There is no kitchen or food service, which is important to note for travelers who rely on hotel dining. I tried to endure the 90°F (32°C) room temperature on the first night, but when the Wi-Fi went down the next day (while the room was still uncomfortably warm), I had to request a room change so I could continue planning my trip. I was relocated from my paid deluxe double to a much smaller single room with a twin bed—half the size in both sleeping space and bathroom. I’m disappointed that the hotel is refusing to offer any reimbursement—not even partial—for the lack of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or breakfast, or for the fact that I was downgraded to a significantly smaller room despite having paid for a larger one. The front desk staff deserves five stars; the hotel itself four stars; amenities deserves two.

Air conditioner didn't work and they blamed it on the heat and my friend room was super cold same day.

Hotel Spagna was a very happy find. Great location, wonderful restaurants nearby, nice shower, air conditioning!!

Diskretes Zimmer. Bett unbequem. Sehr hellhörig, Autos gut hörbar, da direkt an der Strasse. Bad müsste sauberer sein. Alles in allem ok, Zweck der Übernachtung erfüllt. Sehr netter Empfang und hilfrsbereit mit Tipps.

They gave us the worst room in the whole hotel. The room seems to be on a different level compared to the other rooms on the first and second floor. Even the doors were different. Our room was on the third floor and you have to go down half a floor to reach the room after climbing three flights of stairs. The bathroom was very narrow and stinky. There was no space to do anything. If it wasn’t the good location, I would had have it a 0 star. I have also observed that they only gave Asians the third floor rooms, while they gave the white people the first and second floors.

This place is super convenient if you’re arriving by train. It’s about a 10 min walk or less. Very convenient to walk to almost all attractions and food. We never once needed transportation. Easy check in and room was always clean every morning. Is recommend and stay again if we ever went back!

A localização é perfeita, porém as condições do hotel são ruins. Quarto um pouco sujo, cama desconfortável assim como travesseiros. Local antigo e de difícil acessibilidade. Ficamos no quarto andar e só existia elevador até o terceiro e depois uma escada. Ar condicionado não gela. Não ficaria novamente

Os funcionários da recepção foram incríveis, muito atenciosos e receptíveis. A localização é boa. No entanto, o quarto que ficamos era horrível. Tinha sangue no vaso sanitário e na pia do banheiro, as toalhas de cama estavam sujas, a TV não funcionava.

Ótima localização, próximo a basílica e a estação de trem. Quarto pequeno porém confortável, ótimo atendimento.
