The restaurant and pool bar staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The staff in the lobby answered all of our questions. The location was great and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The air conditioning in our room worked. Room was just a little on the small side but since we only slept there and sat on the balcony in the evenings it was manageable.

No me agrado que te cobraran el estacionamiento (30Euro la noche) y mas porque hay lugar afuera pero los empleados del hotel toman las posiciones disponibles.

After a full tour across Italy we came here to chill staff super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is so convenient and 2 mins walk into the centre of sorrento, pool is great when you can’t be bothered to go to a private beach. Happy hour is fabulous and roof terrace at end of the day was perfect start to the evening. Lots to do shopping wise and so many fabulous restaurants in town. Overall just what we needed and room
Was lovely and clean and double balconies so the only addition I would have added is to have larger fridges in rooms. Thank you

Every time you enter the lobby it smells like cigarettes. Our original room only had ONE outlet, holes in the wall. I paid more for ocean view there was none. Also I paid for a triple room as we were 3 people. The room was so small we couldn’t even walk around each other and all shared one electrical outlet.
They moved me after two nights to a better room with a nice view and electrical outlets on each side of the bed.
I asked the hotel to call a taxi to go to Maya Beach. They said it was 150!! That sounded high but relentlessly I agreed as I had a reservation to get to on time.
The taxi showed up with two men, I asked why he said a second driver. Very suspicious. They spoke in Italian the whole time which was rude. The taxi was dirty and the driver stopped short constantly and was unsafe.
I called a private driver to return to hotel he charged me 100, I had a polite well dressed driver. The hotel affiliates with crooks because 50 Euro difference for the same trip is ridiculous on its own, then add two male drivers speaking in Italian the whole ride, and unsafe driving. I would never recommend this hotel or Umberto from Sorrento city cabs.
I would recommend Rino from Sorrento easy travel. Professional, clean cars, fair prices.

Front desk Francisco ioly Spanish girl everyone was nice Except at check out I checked out my bill one day before and paid on the original check out day we where in a hurry and got told off call thief lady Anna kept saying Mr Mr u haven’t paid and double charged me and I ask for respect but she kept screaming Mr u need to pay we wife showed her all the credit card charges and they even try to charge me a extra $10.00 drink so sad I got embarrassed very bad and screaming was not wright Anna must be talked to thought she was nice bad

We had a wonderful stay in early July. It was wonderful to cool off in the pool after our daily excursiona. Located just outside of the busiest walking area, so we have the convenience without the bustling noise.
