HOTEL XX SETTEMBRE

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was awesome. Very clean room with restaurants a stone’s throw from the hotel. I would for sure stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Suggested options to travel around saved us a lot if time. Allowed us to store bags prior to room check-in which was very benefical. Room as very clean. Good dining options and fresh produce market near by. 6 minutes to train station. Definitely would stay again.

I find the personal very kind and helpfull especially when I told them that my room on the 3rd floor was very warm! Next day I could sleep in a cooley room on the first floor! And always open for ideas and a chat! I will come back next time!

Very happy. Hotel has clearly recently been renovated having seen some older photos of the rooms. Staff all very helpful. Room was great and worth what I paid. Amazing aircon which was a lifesaver in the excessive June heat in Rome! Safe box in the room. Is a little out of the way but a few metro stops nearby and close to the main train station. Only complaint is my room was near a residential block and room basically overlooked their terrace and a loud barking dog lived there but not the hotels fault. Room had a separate toilet to the shower area which was a little small but only a minor inconvenience. Room was cleaned each day too. Would definitely stay here again as was well priced compared to other hotels. Breakfast was at a nearby hotel however it wasn’t very nice so would recommend going somewhere else.

Excellent property. A 10 minute walk from Station Termini. Hotel is very modern, clean, and nice! A plus is that it has an elevator which is RARE in Europe!

The location was great , staff really helpful . Nice room . Just a hole in the wall by the air conditioning. Couldn’t unlock the door when we came in after a night out , tried the exact combination provided and got nowhere , tried for half an hour and we got in by luck . Other than that , great hotel .

Struttura comoda da raggiungere dalla stazione termini. Colazione nella norma da svolgere in un’altra struttura ma vicina. Pulizia da rivedere, le lenzuola erano sporche di sangue.

A little weird to be in a windowless room but it was clean and comfortable and the front desk people were very nice and helpful.

Decent accommodations for the price. Access to Termini station was convenient.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel XX Settembre. The room was very nice and spacious, very clean and very close to the metro station. Cristal and Romana were super helpful with the checkin process and gave us a lot of information on how to get to the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there when we return to Rome.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Everything was well worth what we paid and more. Could use a couple of hangers in the wardrobe but we managed without. Easy walk for transport links. Some nice places to eat nearby. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate.

The hotel was very clean an surprisingly quiet; staff was amazingly kind and helpful. The hotel is bookmarked for the next time in Rome.

A estadia foi excelente! O ponto mais alto tem sido o atendimento. Todos com quem tive contato foram extremamente cordiais e simpáticos (destaque às atendentes Kharen e Romana) fora outros que o nome desconheço. Eu tive um problema de água (às vezes não saía água no chuveiro/pia etc) no meu quarto 305, e rapidamente resolveram a situação em menos de 2 horas no início da madrugada, e nos dias seguintes não voltei a ter esse problema. O chuveiro leva um tempo para esquentar, mas quando esquenta, a temperatura é ótima. O maior destaque será o atendimento impecável e extrema empatia. Em seguida tem uma ótima localização (cerca de 7-10 minutos à pé do Roma Termini). O hotel faz parte de um grupo de hotéis chamado B.zar, e aparentemente passaram por uma nova reforma e administração. O café da manhã é bastante decente com algumas opções de frutas, sucos, pães, e o café você solicita diretamente com o funcionário que ele prepara na hora para você, assim como ovos e bacon, se quiser também. Os quartos estavam limpos o suficiente. A iluminação do 305 poderia ser melhor, mas foi suficiente. Conta com ar condicionado, itens de higiene, um mini frigobar, tudo excelente. O wifi é muito bom! Um dos melhores que já utilizei em hotéis. Qualquer item que faltava no quarto, basta solicitar no balcão que prontamente te atendem. (Solicitei por sabonete líquido, chaleira, um kit com algodão e cotonete, e tudo foi providenciado) Eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar com eles!

I was happy the first day I signed in because the staff was so nice then I got my keys and I was surprised with everything. The pressure of the water was low and the entire hotel was smell very bad. I think they charged me over the price. The hotel looks like one star hotel and they charged you for 4 star . For this trip I got three different hotels which this one was the worst. There was not trash can in room and everything was so bad except wonderful staff . There were all nice . Please don’t chose this hotel until they fix their problems . Thank God I just stayed 2 nights.

Hotel ótimo. O prédio é antigo, mas foi reformado por dentro e os apartamentos são novos com arquitetura moderna. O quarto era pequeno, mas bem confortável. Cama e chuveiro bons. Limpeza excelente. Atendimento do pessoal do hotel foi excelente também. Quando fiz o check in, me perguntaram se poderiam ajudar com algo, me deram indicações de onde comer nas proximidades. O café da manhã não estava incluído no valor (no caso da minha reserva), mas custou 10 euros e achei que valeu super a pena. Tinha ovos mexidos, frutas, iogurte e croissants. Tudo bem gostoso. O atendimento do pessoal do café também foi ótimo. Todos muito atenciosos.
