Great rooms with very easy access to the train station and metro lines. East walk to bars in Porta Venezia area. Also easily walkable to Duomo (30-40 minutes).

Close to train station. The reason I gave it a 4 star was because our window handle fell off so we couldn’t open the window plus the air conditioner/fan would not work. A worker did come up and get the window open but we then had to jam the curtain in it to keep it from closing again. But the property was clean, they held our luggage for us, and the shower was amazing.

Amazing stay. Really lovely staff and helpful too. Left our bags with reception as we arrived early and got back to find they had put them in the room ready for us. Really spacious room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a good variety and set us up for the day. No complaints and would happily stay again

We were originally put in the sconomy tower of the hotel based off our reservation. We slept there 1 night and experienced an issue. We brought it up to the attention of the front desk and they moved us into a new room in the main tower. They also provided a little compensation for the inconvenience. This hotel is minutes from Milano Centrale train station and walkable to tourist locations. Very nice staff.

Hotel muito bom. Ótima localização, perto da estação central de trem de milao. Cabe da manhã muito bom. Ficaria de novo, com certeza. Poderia ter chaleira para café ou chá no quarto.

The hotel was modern and clean. The reception staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near the Milan Centrale Station which is very convenient but the area is a bit sketchy.

Hotel confuso desde a reserva. Após o pagamento e confirmação da reserva pelo hotels.com, recebemos uma mensagem do hotel falando que o prédio em que iriamos ficar seria num anexo, sendo que reservei uma categoria superior. Depois, admitiram que foi uma mensagem automática e que estavam errado. O check in foi ok e rápido. O café da manhã é bom, mas abriu com atraso, embora já houvesse vários hospedes esperando na porta. O problema maior foi no check out. Pedimos 4 coca-colas no quarto, mas avisaram pelo telefone que já haviam encerrado o room service, apesar de ainda ser 8pm. Portanto, as coca-colas não foram entregues no quarto. O problema foi que no check out nos cobraram por essas bebidas que nunca recebemos e nem consumimos. Ao verificar o pedido, o atendente do check out viu que havia uma assinatura falsa fingindo ser nossa. Tivemos que pedir para que fossem ao quarto checar se havia latas vazia no lixo para provar que nada consumimos. E é óbvio que não encontraram nada. Só depois disso é que estornaram o valor de nossa conta. Não é só pelo valor que ficamos chateados, mas pela situação toda, inclusive pela desconfiança do responsável do checkout. Situação muito desagradável. Com certeza alguém se apropriou das bebidas em nosso nome. No mais, o hotel é razoável. Sem luxo, mas agradável.

조용하고 편안하고 좋았습니다. 다만 조식은 맛있었는데 메뉴가 매일 똑같아서, 5일 이상 먹다보니 나중에는 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 뜨거운 물을 구하기 어려워서 방에서 차나 커피는 마시기 어려웠습니다.
