部屋の隅にありが何匹もいました。エアコンも故障しており、ゲスト本人が主張しないと、 チェックなどしてもらえないようなホテルです。スタッフは明るくやさしい印象ですが、 英語を話せるスタッフが一人しかいなかったので苦労しました。10日間の滞在でしたが、 朝食は、コーンフレーク、牛乳、市販のラスク、クロワッサン、カットされていない皮のままの フルーツです。結局10日の滞在で1回しか利用しませんでした。

Leider war der erste Eindruck schon sehr negativ: der Teppichboden des Zimmers war nicht nur stark abgenutzt, sondern die Flecken waren auch nicht ordentlich entfernt - man hätte den Boden erneuern müssen. Auch die Anwesenheit von zwei Fußballmannschaften aus Ischia und Viarreggio , die am Wochenende ihre Spiele austrugen, führte zu einer starken Unruhe im Haus. Sehr positiv fanden wir die Bereitstellung von Bademänteln, allerdings war der Pool mit den Bewohnern von Corato so stark ausgelastet, sodass wir dieses Angebot nicht in Anspruch nehmen wollten. Wenig freundlich war man an der Rezeption: auf meine Frage, dass ich keine ausländischen Sender im TV schlug man vor, dass man das Gerät auswechseln werde. Als ich nach zwei Stunden daran erinnerte, bakam ich zur Antwort, man habe jetzt keine Zeit, man müsse sich erst um die eincheckenden Gäste kümmern - aber selbst nach vier Tagen,. als wir abreisten, hatte man offensichtlich wohl immer noch keine Zeit gefunden.

Nel complesso accettabile,bisognerebbe sistemare l'impianto di riscaldamento(le camere sono praticamente delle celle frigorifere)e buttare i televisori in dotazione degli anni 80.Staff gentile e disponibile

Nettamente inferiore al Nicotel Bisceglie:discreta l'accoglienza e le condizioni della stanza, ma ritengo che i televisori "mivar" anni '80 con il tubo catodico,vadano assoulutamente rimossi per non parlare del riscaldamento praticamente inesistente nella maggior parte delle stanze.Insomma se la direzione spendesse qualche centinaio di euro per la manutenzione ordinaria,sarebbe un 4 stelle quasi degno di nota

L'hotel si trova in una posizione comoda per chi si è e muovere nelle città principali, buona l'energia dei giovani che lavorano, anche se senza esperienza. Buona la colazione ed il servizio, buona anche la pulizia della camera. La struttura, bella ma datata, avrebbe bisogno di una "grand" ristrutturazione e la manutenzione é ridotta al minimo indispensabile. La struttura sportiva ha una bellissima piscina ed una scarsissima palestra con attrezzi rotti e fatiscenti (peccato).

Hôtel très agréable situé à 5mn en voiture du centre ville.Pas du tout bruyant.Un personnel compétent mais malheureusement pas très souriant.

Pas du tout conforme à la description : le quartier est très dégradé, la moquette dans la chambre était atrocement sale, brûlée à certains endroits. Il n' y avait pas d'eau chaude, pas de savon dans la salle de bains. La piscine est ouverte aux gens qui habitent autour : elle est donc bondée dès le petit matin et tard dans la nuit les gens se baignent encore, ce qui rajoute au fait que les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Si vous arrivez pour le petit déjeuner après 9h, c'est simple, il n'y a plus rien. Bref , hôtel à fuir absolument surtout si vous êtes en famille ou en couple !!

First impressions of this hotel were not good as we entered the lobby. Things went down hill when we saw our room. The carpet was very stained and dirty. There was a damp smell in the bathroom. Our daughter's room had no air conditioning for two days and she was only moved with her husband and two young children when the electrics failed altogether. The hotel was noisy with a large youth group staying. Breakfast was a none event as the youth group had eaten everything. The two swimming pools were nice but overcrowded. The staff, for the most part, were unhelpful and couldn't really be bothered. A very tired hotel and definitely not 4 star!

Although hotel pool and terraces were a generous size, it was used by the townspeople as a public swimming pool and so was extremely overcrowded at times. Bedroom and corridors were carpeted, these were severely stained and if we had not been staying in Corato for a family wedding we would not have remained there. Why the floors are not tiled throughout is a question for the owners. Parking is also a problem, because this is used by the locals, leaving insufficient spaces for guests. In all the hotel could NOT be classed as 4star- I would struggle to award it 2 stars.

Carpets dirty. Most of the staff couldn't speak English. Breakfast had little choice and if you arrived late for breakfast there was no food. Some areas of the hotel Smelt of smoke even though the hotel was non smoking. Air conditioning inadequate in rooms. One party in our group had to move rooms three times because the air conditioning didn't work. Only good fa ciliary of the hotel was the outdoor pools. All in all not a pleasant stay at nicotel wellness but no one English speaking to complain to

The Hotel was clean and good, The Hotels swimming pool was running a childrens sports club every day, so packed with lots of children. They finished at 6pm, after that the pool area was excellent.Gym excellent. Beakfast area and food could have been a bit better.

Avendo già soggiornato presso la struttura abbiamo deciso di tornarci in occasione di una breve visita presso dei parenti, purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un calo sia nella qualità dei servizi che nell'attenzione al cliente, speriamo sia una cosa passeggera.

Excellent hotel Clean rooms. Breakfast is reasonable (a little lacking in vegetables and eggs).

If you dont mind being away from the beaches then this is a great choice. The pool is of a very high quality and the hotel has a relaxed 4 star ambience. Definitely among the best in the region. 2 adults and 2 kids in one room, with space to spare..

Hotel buono, comodo all'autostrada e con una bella piscina (cui possono accedere anche dall'esterno peró quindi abb incasinata). Le altre attrezzature non erano disponibili.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, albeit off the beaten path. Hotel has a bar and restaurant as well as a pool and secure parking. The price was reasonable as Italian hotels go too.

Bell'Albergo. Molto meglio del Nicotel di Bisceglie. Da preferire. Lo consiglio per chi va in provincia di Bari.

Petit déjeuné parfait, hôtel bruyant, peu de personnel parlant français et ou anglais. Aucun document d'excursions ou de visites. Je le considére + comme un 3 étoiles. Dommage que la piscine soit aussi municipale
