Raeli Hotel Regio

Loistava yöpaikka matkamme Rooman pysähdykselle, lähellä Terminin kulkuyhteyksiä. Erittäin avulias respan työntekijä neuvoi kaikissa yöpymiseen ja matkamme jatkamiseen liittyvissä kysymyksissä. Ainoa miinus hotellissa oli se, että suihkulle ei ollut seinäpidikettä, vaan suihkussa käydessä suihkua täytyi pitää toisella kädellä.

Hotel próximo a estação Termini, o que facilita muito durante a estadia em Roma. Limpo, cama e roupa de cama excelente, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e com um tamanho ótimo de quarto. Café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. Na recepção fui super bem atendida, tem um recepcionista brasileiro chamado Rodrigo, que é pura atenção e gentileza. O único ponto a ressaltar é que não tem chuveiro, e sim ducha para tomar banho, o que pode ser um ponto negativo. Pra mim não foi. Me adaptei bem. Pude deixar a mala após o check out e aproveitar um pouco mais de Roma. A região onde está localizada o hotel aparentemente é tranquila para andar a noite. Não tem sujeira como falam mtos comentários sobre essa região. Sou mulher e viajei sozinha, me senti segura nas proximidades ao hotel. Indico muito o Raeli Regio. Certeza que quando voltar a Roma ficarei ali.

O hotel é antigo, até aí tudo certo, o quarto e pequeno, o elevador minúsculo, servem duas pessoas, apertadas. O frigobar apenas refresca, não gela. Café da manhã com poucas variedades e as vezes não tinha reposição, acho que era apenas uma funcionária para o atendimento. O pior de tudo, motivo pelo qual não aconselho a se hospedar: o banheiro tem apenas uma ducha de mão para o banhi, NÃO TEM CHUVEIRO, é uma banheira sem fechamento de box ou cortina, com uma ducha de mão apenas! Lavar o cabelo é um drama, isso que fiquei em dias quentes, imagino no inverno! Sem contar que o trambolho da banheira e o lavatório ocupam todo o banheiro, que apesar de ter bom tamanho, torna inviável duas pessoas entrarem ali ao mesmo tempo. Teria potencial se fizessem alguns ajustes. Não recomendo a hospedagem!

Im not one to write reviews, but this place is too much to not criticize. Ive been to sleazy hotel, but this one takes the cake. No shower curtains, no water pressure, the room is the smallest you can buid, the bed is a rock, the pillows are a sheet of paper, and don’t get me started on the supposedly functionning a/c. Had someone sent over to fix it, he told me not to touch the panel, put the « fan mode » and told me it was a/c, i told him no, that it was another mode for a/c (with a little snowflake on the control pad) and he said no no, because no noise was coming out. Slept at 25 degree all night, while it was 19 outside. Open the window you say? Impossible with all the noise outside. The only good thing about this place, is that it’s a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. Do yourself a favor, book somewhere else

Hotel Regio was a great choice! Close to the bus station, but on a more quiet street. Friendly staff, nice, clean room. Breakfast was great!

Kvalitet af morgen buffet kunne være bedre. For eksempel kvalitet af brød frem for 5 forskellige slags som var mega tørt.

No shower, weak wifi, difficult door locks, poor air conditioning. Do not stay at this hotel.

Bom 3 estrelas perto da Termini. Quarto confortável e silencioso. Café da manhã ok. O chuveiro não tem cortina e é escorregadio. Cuidado. TV apenas com canais em italiano.

Clean and newly renovated. It would have been easier to take a shower if the shower hose has a mount on the wall. Otherwise everything is great.

I feel completely deceived by all the glowing 10/10 reviews for this hotel. My experience was far from what those reviews promised. To start, the hotel was dirty, both in the rooms and common areas. Our room had visible mold, and the vent was packed with what looked like dust or mold, which made me concerned about air quality. Speaking of air — the air conditioning didn’t work at all. Our room was hotter than the outside temperature, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep. Opening the window wasn’t an option either, as the neighborhood was loud and felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. The WiFi barely worked, constantly cutting out, which was frustrating and made planning our days difficult. The ceiling had visible cracks that made it look unstable, and the mini fridge gave off so much heat inside its cabinet that it smelled almost dangerously hot when opened. The shower setup was very odd — only a handheld shower head with nowhere to mount it, which made showering awkward and messy. Only one thin pillow per person was provided, hardly enough for a decent night’s rest. One of the more concerning parts was the luggage storage. It’s completely self-service, with no tags, no tickets, no security checks. Anyone could potentially take someone else’s belongings without being questioned. This felt very unsafe. The only positive I can mention is that the reception staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the many issues with the hotel itself.

Good Location near termini station. Small room but comfortable.Toilets are clean. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room, specially the bed. The room was quite small but well set up. The one issue was the tub/shower. A bathtub with a wand showerhead. No enclosure (ie curtain) of any kind. Very difficult to shower! Location was great!

Iso sänky. Kylpyamme. Ilmastointi ei toiminut ja aamupala oli aika suppea (ei esim. mitään lämmintä pekonia tms). Sijainti hyvä.
