Just a great location! Situated right beside the Rialto Bridge. We loved getting "lost" in Venice, however we were never truly lost because everywhere you walk, there are signs on street corners indicating "per Rialto". Rooms are on the small size, but I’m 6’4 and it was easily manageable.

Fabulous accommodation with wonderful, helpful staff. The breakfast was great as well.

Massively over paid for a tiny room. Euro 300. Slightly shabby hotel just off the Grand Canal. Centrally located and with very friendly staff but very much a 2-3 star experience.

Fantastic location, really easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are an ok size. Housekeeping could be better. We had an already opened, partly used bottle of water on the room and the shampoo in the shower was almost empty so I’m glad I had my own as it ran out.
Breakfast room has a nice view but staff vary. It was ok one day but the second day they had run out of everything and anything seemed like a lot of effort for the lad working, even though there was only 4 tables of 2 people on there.
I would recommend the hotel based on the location but wouldn’t put it as more than 3 star.

Loved the location, the cleanliness and the staff was absolutely fantastic especially Carolina. She really went of her way to accomodate us during our stay. She gave excellent tips for getting around Venice, food recommendations and things to do. Please ensure you recognize her, you are very lucky to have her on your staff. She is someone you need to promote to the ranks of management.

Could not sleep until after midnight because there was a karaoke right under my windows. If you like lots of noise and listen to bad singing at night instead of resting look no further. The ac/heater did not work. it did not matter what temperature I set it for, it stayed the same. Not sure why have it if you are not letting your patrons to set it to the temperature of their comfort. End result-my room was very cold and taking shower was super uncomfortable The breakfast is limited but this is not the worst. The breakfast room was supposed to open at 7:15 am (or so, don't remember the exact time.) But the lady that worked there did not open it until good 15-20 minutes late. Not acceptable. Not worth the price I paid at all.

We recently stayed here and found the experience to be just okay. The room was functional but showed noticeable signs of wear and tear. Although the canal view is a nice touch, the lack of soundproofing means it can get quite noisy, especially at night.
The rate we paid was comparable to 5-star hotels like the NH Collection in Rome or 4-star options like the Milu Hotel in Florence, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t match up. A small example: complimentary bottled water was only provided on the first night, and there was an extra charge for any additional bottles. We ended up buying our own from a nearby supermarket.
Breakfast was included, but the offering was fairly average in terms of variety and quality.
The real highlight of our stay was the staff. Both the front desk and breakfast team were consistently friendly and welcoming, which helped improve our overall impression.
