The hotel was near lots of shops and restaurants there was even a supermarket 2 minute walk and we were close to the trevi fountain and spanish steps and we did the hop on hop off bus and the stop was only 5 minute walk from hotel

Room was nice and comfy, location of the hotel is very central and convenient. Breakfast was full of variety and staff were friendly. We stayed one night and had a good experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Me parece q no deberían anunciarse como Hotel, cuando son suites afuera del edificio de recepción . Me tocó una habitación en un edificio viejo de enfrente . No tan fácil para cargar maletas , elevador viejo, no tan de fácil acceso y las habitaciones muy básicas y sin poder controlar el aire. El desayuno deberían incluirlo.

As with other reviews, we were moved to a second building. It really wasn't a big deal as it is just across the street. There are stairs though before reaching the tiny elevator. The staff will help with luggage. The room we had was large, but hot water was unreliable. If you don't mind an older hotel, it is in a great location.

El hotel no cumple expectativas, no tiene lavandería, no tiene ascensor directo a las habitaciones y las habitaciones están en un edificio cercano a la recepción. No hay ayuda con las maletas aún cuando hay que subir escaleras. El servicio de check in es muy malo, y en general todo el personal de recepción atiende muy mal.

Stay was ok. This is NOT a 4star hotel as your site has it. Its at best a 3, mostly a 2 star. Checkin process was horrible. There was an old lady who first made it look like we had wrong number guests in reservation, she kept asking for my credit card for incidentals as well as city tax, not once but probably 20 times which was mind blowing

I did not like the hotel at all. The hotel rooms are very, very small and the hotel design is very bad. The reception is in a building and the rooms are in another separate building, and moving with bags is very tiring from one building to another. You have to cross the street and carry the bags up a long flight of stairs. I will not repeat the experience at this hotel.

Clean but small rooms. Very clean. The lobby is separated from some of the hotel rooms. Difficulties with check-in and a very late check in.
On the other side, this is probably the best location in Rome.

We stayed next door at the annex hotel which has a lot of stairs to get to lift which we were not told and a lot of stairs to get breakfast in another building which again were a lot of stairs that were not told to us. Stairs are uneven in both locations that were not easy for older couple
