Sheraton Milan San Siro

Very well placed for the San Siro stadium, comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Frokostservering var ganske kaotisk. Noen dager måtte vi vente ei god stund for å få et bord, For å bestille kaffi måtte vi «jakte» på personalet som prøvde å redde situasjonen. Flott uteområde. Ok frokost, men ikke noe spennende.

Stort frukostutbud, fantastisk personal.Fräscha lokaler. God mat i restaurangen. Finns två stycken på hotellet. En italiensk och en argentinsk. Poolområde ute med soldäck och solstolar. Liten bar vid poolen som serverar smörgåsar mm samt dricka. Buss till tunnalbanan går precis utanför dörren. Rekommenderar detta hotell.

Nossa experiência no Sheraton em Milão foi excelente! Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O ambiente é amplo, agradável, moderno e muito confortável. O hotel oferece uma estrutura completa, com piscina, academia, sauna e dois ótimos restaurantes: um de culinária italiana e outro de culinária argentina, proporcionando excelentes opções para as refeições sem precisar sair do hotel. Um agradecimento especial ao recepcionista brasileiro, Leonardo, que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Ele nos recebeu com muita simpatia, nos orientou durante toda a viagem e indicou os melhores lugares para passear em Milão, tornando nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Recomendamos o Sheraton de Milão de olhos fechados para quem busca conforto, excelente atendimento e uma localização que facilita a visita à cidade. Com certeza voltaríamos!

Excellent location, walking distance to San Siro. Everything was perfect, I wish we could stay another day or two. Clean room, excellent bar service, nice breakfast buffet with tables in the garden. Pool looked nice although we didn’t have time for it. The gym was advertising TechnoGym equipment although again, no time. We came back from a concert after midnight and we were able to get a bite to eat and some drinks. Taxi arrived promptly when we left. I saw some negative reviews but we didn’t not experience any of those issues. Great experience we hope we could return!

Albergo nuovo, spazi in comune grandi e camere ampie. Ottima colazione. Staff molto cordiale. Fuori città dal centro della città.

The property itself is excellent. Rooms are top quality and cleaning staff are very efficient. However, the swimming area was very crowded and we felt it was too small for all the people that were there over the weekend. Secondly, they had a conference and so the hotel guests were relegated to eating on sofas and in a make shift restaurant area where they could have had this done in the breakfast area and maintained the seated area for the hotel guests. The conference people were loud and they stood all over the lobby area, talking and congregating quite loudly when they had the conference area to do this. It was very off putting. But most importantly, their computer systems were not working and they overcharged us for breakfast when we only ordered one for one day. The charged us for three. We called spoke to Jessica who asked to email, we then emailed and did not receive an acknowledgement nor my money back to my account. I did not appreciate being overcharged. I will not be returning and I suggests to other customers being careful with your bill as we were and but still they managed to overcharge us.

Quando scegli questa catena sai di andare sul sicuro. Hotel moderno ed elegante pensato principalmente per il business. Non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina perché abbiamo scelto questo hotel solamente per una notte per andare a un concerto a San Siro. Ottima posizione per questo, meno per visitare Milano, é molto fuori zona anche se ho visto che organizza dei transfer Hotel disponibile ma per 25 euro al giorno . Colazione Continentale degna di nota ,unica pecca ho chiesto un cappuccino e non é mai arrivato, ma penso a una semplice svista.

All staff very helpful and supportive. Excellent buffet breakfast and amazing customer service of all waitresses and room service staff.

Eine Parkplatzgebühr von 25€ pro Tag ist sehr teuer, sowie auch 22€ pro Person für das Frühstück. Ansonsten alles top!

Sehr gut gelegen mit ÖV von Milano erreichbar. Cooler Poolbereich, top Matratzen

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ok. Die Einrichtung ist gut und der Parkplatz auch. Einzig ein unschönes Treffen im Badezimmer (Ungeziefer) und das "Aperitivo" hätte bei unserer Suite inklusive sein sollen. Wir wurden aber "bewusst" nicht richtig begleitet und es wurde zuletzt auch belastet. Nachträglich es zu vergüten ging nicht. Da fühlt man sich als Gast schon etwas veräppelt. Obwohl wir die Hotelkarte in der Hand hatten, wurden wir im vorderen Bereich des Restaurants begleitet und bei der Begleichung der Rechnung hiess es, sie hätten es sagen sollen. Das hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack.
