There was four of us. We stayed there for two weeks. We had breakfast every day, which was amazing. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I would definitely come back and spend another two weeks at the desk were very good and very helpful when we had a problem, they resolved it. They helped us get through The language barrier I can’t say enough good things about this staff at the Sheraton

Quase não fiquei nesse hotel por causa da nota média 7,8 de avaliação dos hóspedes. Iria perder um ótimo hotel, quartos amplos, café da manhã maravilhoso, atendimento excelente, banheiro amplo. O hotel fica a 14 km do aeroporto de fiumicino e não peguei trânsito. Do centro fica a aproximadamente 25 km.

Turn and was totally more than what we expected the breakfast was except the service was exceptional the rooms were a little outdated and we had a couple issues one on 2425 there was only warm water we could not get hot water I don’t know 2414 we had to move our room because it window just flew open when it was raining so I was not impressed with that The people that work there were exceptional. They were very helpful in every way.

Purtroppo non è quello che si vede nella foto, stanza con cattivi odori, climatizzatore se lo accendevi usciva un cattivo odore a umido , stanza prenotata con vista al giardino , e la vista era ai motori , e bidoni della spazzatura.
Poi per rimediare al secondo giorno ci hanno cambiato a un’altra stanza , molto più amplia , però sempre molto trascurata , tv non si vedeva e sempre odori cattivi nella stanza ! Delusa me ne vado , Ringrazio solo che hanno voluto rimediare però non ed stato possibile . Di buono la colazione offerta da loro !

Alla reception mi è stata data una camera in un edificio diverso da quello in cui avevo prenotato, cosa che ho gradito molto in quanto avevamo la cena in quell'edificio. Non sono riuscito a spengere in riscaldamento, il cui rumore mi disturbava. Non era possibile aprire la finestra.

I would not recommended for budget travel, no shuttle from and to the airport. They only have one shuttle at 7 am with other hotel shuttle. It’s cost me 50 Euro from the airport, and 31 Euro to the airport.
