There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this. Guests must contact the property 30 minutes prior to arrival to arrange check-in.

This property will be closed from February 12 2024 to February 11 2026 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
