Marco and Patrick were both very helpful with assisting us during our stay. Helped us book taxi and took care of our luggage and offered dining options for us. Air conditioning is amazing in the property which is not a given in Italy. Will definitely come back to this property next time.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. La decoración no nos gusto tanto es super oscura la habitación y el baño usan colores negros y oscuros así que no se ve tan bonito. La limpieza de la habitación es regular no la hacen a fondo.

Great hotel in a great location, rooms are very nice, clean and lots of room, fridge and nespresso coffee maker. Staff wonderful, got early check in, with a bottle of champagne and fresh pastries. Roof top bar is amazing, breakfast was amazing with great selection of cheeses, breads juices, amazing coffee all included. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location very central and safe, walking distance to most sites and lots restaurants nearby. Front desk and restaurant service is also great. Room was kind of dark and a bit smaller than we expected.

Really I cant said , they move us to a different hotel, because they had problems with A/C , the other Hotel and staff was nice but no hot water and inferior quality as the one we booked , I contact Expedia via chat , and still waiting if they will refund me some of the $1,200 I paid for two nights, if you pay that kind of money it supposed to be flawless with no inconvinients, not move you from one Hotel no another , for sure have hot water and brekfast that you pay for, I have been client for expedia for more than 10 years , first time I put a complaint , and hope to received a positive response accordantly from the not expected experience I had , after spend thousands of dollars in the past 10 years
