International Garden Hotel Narita

成田空港利用者向けのホテルなので充実したサービスを期待していましたが、アメニティーもほぼ無く、ビジネスホテルに劣っている状況でした。また、朝食付きプランでしたが、朝食チケットをいただけず、確認に時間を要した点も評価に反映いたします。

食事付きで予約したが、ホテルがわのミスで食事無しと表示されていてチェックインにとても長い時間がかかった。

good for shopping too expensive

El tamaño de la habitación está muy bien. El personal de front desk es muy atento.y la comodidad de llegar en 30 mins al aeropuerto vale la pena.

It was a good and convenient stay, we liked the fact there are two good options of convenient stores in a walking distance (nearby). We believe the room cleaning time could be a bit more clear for us. In general it was nice and we intend to return in future stay. Thank you! Dōmo arigatō gozaimashita.

Everything was fone, good, courteous services and well trained reception and staff in general are welcoming and efficient.

Loved the shuttle to the airport

A busy hotel but i never experienced disturbance in my room. Staff handle a lot of people coming and going without difficulties. Shuttle service a huge bonus for going into town. Narita is beautiful and historic. Shuttle also goes to airport.

The price I paid for a night stay for such a property is a rip off

Very close to airport after long flight, very helpful staff attended to our needs.

The hotel is large. Lobby area very attractive, and our room was a good size. The bathroom was functional but a bit dated. Reasonable range of breakfast, all self service which is fine but there was a machine for juice and I couldn't work out how to get orange juice! There is chilled water and ice on each floor to reduce single use plastic, which is a great initiative. The hotel run a shuttle bus to the station (absolutely rammed each time we used it - not for claustrophobics). Also one to Narita airport which was much quieter and very convenient. So a bit of a mixed bag overall, some good points and some less good.

Stayed at this hotel due to the convenience of being near the narita airport. The room is decent for the price and a free airport shuttle. The shuttle also provides transport to the nearby mall which is nice. I was satisfied with the overall excellent until I ate the breakfast buffet at the restaurant inside the hotel. Most of the food isn’t even average other than the potato wedges and coffee. On top of that the staff working there were extremely rude. I was toasting my bread and this lady with short hair spoke to me in Japanese in a really rude tone. My guess is she was telling me I shouldn’t adjust the temperature of the toaster. There’s many ways to relay a message to a person and if she had used a nicer tone I wouldn’t have a problem with it. If the toaster’s temperature isn’t right then it needs to be adjusted….if not, why even have it there?! To top that off, my sister was rudely told to leave when the buffet wasn’t over. This person pointed to her watch and spoke in Japanese in a rude tone in which my sister assumed she’s telling her to leave. Their buffet ends at 10 am and at this point it was around 9:30 am. If there’s a time limit, customers should be told in advance. There isn’t a need to be aggressive and shoving plates aside with a major attitude. I will never stay at this hotel again!
