This was perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space and great location for a quiet night but accessible transport and convenience stores.

Check in and check out from the hotel was incredibly easy. It was located in an excellent spot, super close walk to Shin-Okachimachi station or a bit of a longer walk to Okachimachi. The staff were incredibly polite, and the room was clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed staying here for our honeymoon! Good price for a good stay.

Convenient access to train, just 3-5 min walk, but about 12 min walk to JR line if you need to take that line. Save and quiet residential neighborhood. Adjacent park to the hotel is under construction. Amenities included kettle, mugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, dryer, disposable slippers, shoe horn. No laundry on site, but the neighborhood has a few within 5-10min away. Staff always on site in the morning if you need anything and very friendly. Room cleaning appeared to be aboit every 3 days but we declined it and just asked for towels or toilet paper when needed during our 7 night stay. There wasn't any tea at the tea station. Sufficient hangers (5) just for our coats to be hung on the wall. No closet. Sufficiently clean and confortable foe our stay. There were no elevators, but not an issue for us as we were a family of 4 on the ground floor. We borrowed umbrellas from stay when needed.

I was happy that we got the first floor. Since i have a toddler with me traveling. Staff came every another to take trash and left fresh towels. Room 101 had lot of space. 711 and train station was 1min walk. The park wasn't open since it was under construction.

I know that there is no refund, but I talked to hotels.com, and they said they would gladly refund me if this hotel agreed. Sadly, their manager is did not consider our request. I told them that my purpose in going to Japan was to bring my daughter there, but sadly, my daughter became sick and could not travel. They did not give me even a partial refund or any other solution. I gave them a month notice.

Der var god plads og der var amenities selvom vi havde forstået det som om der ikke var noget, så vi var glædeligt overrasket over tilstanden og hvad vi fik med.
Det eneste minus var at man kunne høre folk inden ved siden af og ovenpå, men der var heldigvis ørepropper til det.

숙박전에 미리 정보등록해서 큐알코드받아서 쉽게 체크인, 체크아웃 가능했어요. 가격대비 방이 넓어서 좋았고 침구도 편안함. 따뜻 한물도 엄청잘나와요.
아쉬운점은 층간소음이 조금 있는편. 하지만 귀마개가 있어서 크게 지장은 없었어요

Exceeded our expectations, which is important to note, as there is no lift, plenty of stairs to haul your luggage up, no luggage storage or forwarding options and an automated check-in process that relies on receiving a code to check-in a day or two before. Knowing and expecting all this beforehand, you can plan accordingly and it’s no problem at all.
The room was clean, functional and very comfortable. Rubbish removed daily and fresh towels provided.
It’s a great area that is quiet but very convenient and right near a station and 7 Eleven. Excellent location actually once you get to know the area a bit.

I could never get the help needed and was unable to stay. After staying outside in the cold attempting to receive the code I had to find another hotel. Called hotels.com and the hotel refuse to send the info needed so we can get the code to stay. Every day I checked and they still could not provide the website so nor even come and meet me to help me.
Only communication was through message and was still unable to help me provide information to receive the code to check in.
