Tokyu Stay Tsukiji (Tokyo Ginza Area)

I stayed at this lovely hotel for a week, and it has been a great experience. It's just about 1km away from central Ginza and a few minutes of walking to the nearest train station or bus stop. Step outside of the hotel, and you'll see Tsukiji Outer Market to the right. The hotel room is small but there are options to upgrade to a bigger room, and I'm so glad that I did. There is washer/dryer in each hotel room which was a super convenient amenity for me. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well equipped. There's free coffee in the lobby, along with free toothbrush and toothpaste, hair shower cap, shower sponge, ear swabs, all nicely wrapped in individual packages. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back the next time I am in Tokyo.

숙소 가격도 좋았고, 위치도 긴자 근처라 괜찮았습니다 츠키지 시장 옆이라 사람들 모이기 전에 둘러 보기에도 너무 좋았네요^^ 그리고 조식이 변경되었는데, 3일 내내 카페만 갔는데도 퀄리티 대 만족이었습니다

It was right in the center of a great food market on the weekends. Lots of good places to eat and very close to the trains and some shopping. Would definitely return again.

Was here for 6 days and it was a great pick! Staff is helpful and friendly. They speak great English. I had no trouble communicating to staff. Location is perfect, nearby everything. So convenient! Lots of amenities for you to grab like hair brush, body sponge, etc. Kitchen is fully loaded with induction stove, microwave, hot water heater, silverware, etc. There’s a coffee dispenser in the mornings, umbrellas (if any) leftover from other tourist, food in fridges for you to grab. Laundry in room is so convenient and helpful! It only does a couple days worth of laundry, so not too much can be put into the machine. Dryer can take forever, so I hung dry some of my clothes and it ended up dryer faster than the machine. Shower pressure was amazing and the Refa hair dryers are so good! Making me want to get my own. It’s not the fault of the hotel that smells like sewage. There’s a few of pockets of Tokyo smell like that. Rooms are pretty small, can only have 1 luggage open at a time (Residential Double Room, 18 sqm) but that’s the drawback of staying in a major city. Not a fan of how you have to have a room key inserted into a slot to turn on the lights in your room. Then, when you remove the keys from the slot it turns off all the lights.

The staff was warm and welcoming..just steps from tsukiji market.. transit was just a 4 min walk The room were small but enough for two people to move around in.

The hotel is right next to Tsukiji, so if you want to avoid the early morning crowds at the market it's a great location. The only reason I have put it as 4 stars as opposed to 5, is because the smoking room is right next to the lift to access to all of the rooms. As such, it did leave a bit of a smell of my clothes, but it wasn't too bad. However, the room itself was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and professional. It's also on the cheaper end of the Tokyu stay hotels chain, so it's a great place to stay if you are on more of a budget.

Rooms are tiny but that's a very common in Tokyo. Great service. Clean and nice rooms.

Great location, clean, limited on-site food vut provide meal coupons for places close. Helpful staff.

Quiet and convenient right in the heart of the Tsukiji fish markets. Whole family loved it.

Staff simpático, deram um brinde cheio de docinhos japoneses pra gente. A limpeza não é diaria a menos que vc pague mas eu não me importo. A máquina de lavar ajudou muito e os produtos de banheiro são perfeitos. Amei demais.

Standard small sized room as is typical in Tokyo but washer/dryer in room is very convenient. Great location for Tsukiji fish market which is worth a visit and tasting fresh fish. Staff are very helpful and great range of free toiletries which is helpful when travelling. Free coffee too and it’s quite good!

Ok, tiny room, no views from the window, generally clean. Service level largely depends on the individual staff member, some are good, some are not so good. Poor cleaning service. No restaurant at the hotel, breakfast is served at the external restaurants/food courts nearby. We stayed at Tokyu Stay in Kyoto as well which was much better in both service and facility.

So close to fish market!
