Decent rooms. OK TV channels. NICE gym. Great pool (gets a lot of local school swimming classes.) Super outside areas .. you're in your own beautiful garden within the city. Walk across the street to Sangrit Mall. Quick travel from airport and into West Nairobi via freeway. Good food and prices. Room price can't be beat compared to other similar options

Average hotel but we were given a room with no AC. Then sent to a room with a noisy AC. Then sent to a room without twin beds and I slept on a mattress on the floor. Staff are friendly and it’s across the street from a nice mall.

The WiFi system does not work well. They use some sort of system that is easily blocked by anti-virus protection and the only solution is get help from their IT guy. I did not have this problem elsewhere like another hotel or at the airport that all had the open access/no password connection. Secondly, this place is in need of serious remodeling and upgrading - it is thread bear throughout. The closet doors were nearly falling off. It is over priced for the status of the facilities.. The gym has equipment that is old and some do not work like the stationary bikes. The only positive aspect is the garden and pool area

We were harassed by beggars when walking around the area at night. While the beggars don't do anything but beg, it gets annoying. Property needs updating. Staff is amazing. The staff makes it worth staying at. Also, being right by the Sarit was so convenient.

I was the hotel for one night, as I transferred to Nairobi for work. Due to Covid restrictions, most of the hotel was closed/blocked for use, but overall, the room was fine, internet connection good, and had a pleasant stay.
