Nous avons passé trois nuits inoubliables dans cet hôtel absolument magnifique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme du personnel. Les infrastructures sont modernes, élégantes et parfaitement entretenues. Mention spéciale pour les piscines à débordement avec vue sur l’océan — un vrai spectacle au coucher du soleil !
La chambre était spacieuse, très confortable et impeccablement propre, avec une literie de qualité et un balcon offrant une superbe vue. Le service All-Inclusive est à la hauteur : les buffets sont variés, les plats délicieux et les restaurants à la carte sont un vrai plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les saveurs locales et la fraîcheur des produits.
Côté détente, le spa est un havre de paix, et les activités proposées permettent de se divertir tout en profitant de l’environnement idyllique. L’accès direct à la plage est également très appréciable pour des balades au bord de l’eau.
Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur attention et leur gentillesse. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et l’envie de revenir très vite. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous ressourcer dans un cadre luxueux et dépaysant, ne cherchez plus : le Riu Palace Tikida Taghazout est la destination parfaite !

Beautiful property! Very well maintained and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Huge selection of good food at the buffet. Excellent spa facilities. Lots of beautiful seating areas around the resort. Would definitely return to this hotel.

An excellent stay which was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family- 2 teens and 2 adults. Loubna at reception was very helpful as was everyone else working at the hotel. The food was amazing and a good variety every day. Entertainment was very good. The heated main pool was enjoyed by all although the infinity pool wasn’t heated! Access to beach was very good as security just checked your wristband and just the other side of a wide footpath. We will definitely return in the near future. Only thing was we had to wait 2 days for an iron after over a dozen !!

The property was not up to the standards of a 5-star property. The room had ants, moths and fruit flies. Our clothes and toiletries had ants infested in it. We told the staff about this and they said they won’t do anything about our clothes and that they would send housekeeping. Housekeeping took hours to come and even after they came there was still ants, moths and fruit flies. On top of this, we tried to book dinner reservations on the property from the minute we got there it was booked and we had no options other than buffet.
Extremely disappointed - especially for the price we are paying it is not worth it. Better to go with the other nearby resorts.

Bra upplevelse överlag. MEN det var väldigt stökigt vid buffén och känns mer som personalmatsal. Hotellet bör överväga att dela upp de gigantiska salarna i mindre sektioner för ljudisolering och mer premium-känsla.
Spa ingick inte, vilket var en besvikelse.

Beautiful property with hard working and helpful staff. Great pool area, made up of multiple pools, only one of which was heated but it was enough. All inclusive was good considering the size of the property and large number of people to cater for. Drinks were limited to those in the all inclusive menu and cocktail quality not always very premium but allowed the staff to cater for the large demand without slowing the service. Property on a sandy beach, great waves/swimming and some local agents selling reasonably priced surfing/watersports and camel rides etc.

Rooms not ready at 3 pm. No towels and we had to wait 30 min. Smelly room. Noisy room and was located under restaurant- moving table and chairs started at 7:30 am. Worst experience in my entire life.

Was OK except the full on drunken blood fight in the pool with the children and the families due to over service of alcohol. Staff could not control it and it put a damper on my day. Fridge, broken, and shower drainage problems in the shower. Also, avoid drinking the drinks with ice, and be careful of the food, ended up with full blown food poisoning for the entire time at the resort. Beautiful place, but sucks to pay 3k to not enjoy the amenities. Likely will not be back.
