What a great experience!I have gotten to meet such a great and wonderful staff.I can not name all of them just a few like Ali,Nouhaila and the two Chaimae!Very helpful and friendly!Thank you again for a great experience and keep up the great work!

أفضل فندق اقتصادي بطنجة ونظيف جدا وموظف الاستقبال جدا مبتسمين وإجراءات جدا سهلة وسريعة للدخول والخروج عاملة النظافة ممتازة وتنظيفها يومي ومرتبة فقط يحتاج صيانة شطاف الحمام فيه تسرب للماء

Sadly there was no AC for the hotel and I couldn’t open the window for the insects so it wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was lively as a hotel. The pool felt warm for October.

The hotel was just acceptable but less than average. The location was good, but many other things were not. I arrived there around 13:40, which was 20 minutes before check-in time. The receptionist asked us to wait for a few minutes until the room is ready. After waiting an hour, I went to the desk to ask again, but he had forgotten about me. Anyway, I completed the check-in and went to my room, but the door was open and the room upside down. I went back to the reception, and they told me to wait again until they fix that room. When they finished the room and went to it, the room had a small bed not the queen bed I requested and paid for. I was annoyed at that time, yet very tired. So, I just accepted that without complaining. The WiFi was terrible. It didn't work most of the times, and it was very slow when it worked. The AC was very weak and barely cooling when it at the maximum.
