Everything is perfect except limited night activities at the hotel and nearby.

Possibly one of the best overall Resorts I've stayed at, great service from very friendly staff & owner, food was absolutely delicious, amenities very clean and my only regret was that I was only staying one night! I could spend a whole week here without hesitation!

Wifi does not work as they are under maintenance as I know. Room is clean and neat. Staff are nice and helpful. I love the boutique style of the hotel and the rooftop bar on 7th floor is another plus point.

Near by the city, take 15 mins from bus station from Ubon. The room is not so clean but I guess every hotel in Pakse are the same. because most in this country is a red dust. Air con and Fridge, TV. Worked well. The bed is big with a comfy pillow. Reasonable price. Near by hotel has a local noodle shop with only 10000Keap. The rent bike cost 500000/day.

Great room, great balcony, great view of Mekong river, good breakfast. Good privacy, quiet.

Clean, beautiful, reasonable price but the staff is a bit dizzy. Give the keys to the room that has not been cleaned yet. When walking up, the cleaning staff are confused.
