Very clean presentable accommodation

Only complaint was confusion about parking. Got two large parking tickets by parking out in front of building.

Very close to Riga central market. My mistake for not checking. The apartment did not have air-conditioning. But they brought extra fan. The sofa bed was hard to sleep and the huge windows did not have curtain and was so bright and messed up our sleep.

None of the pictures was actually from that room we were! I would have never do the reservation and I feel like we have been fooled:((( Never happened before😥 Apartment was very dreary, dirty, some of the kitchen machines didn't work and location was noisy. But first of all, we weren't there where I made the booking, false advertising!!

Nice place close to shops and resturants

It was a pleasant stay in this good quality apartment in the heart of Riga Old Town.

Really central location and generally clean rooms and wash spaces. In few spots it was visible that last renevation was already some time ago. Only real minus was that local channels in telly didn’t work.

Oli vanha, kulunut, ilmoitettuja yöpaikkoja oli 4 mutta vastassa vaan parivuode ja sohva, ei vuodesohva vaan pelkkä sova. Ja peittoja/tyynyjä vaan kahdelle. Ei ilmastointia ja 1 vanha flekti mistä ei ollut apua. Asunnossa todella kuuma ja huono ilma. Käännyttiin ovella ja mentiin toiseen hotelliin.

We got the location last minute and it was 10 minutes away from the destination in the booking. Not a simple check in process. The apartment was extremly hot and noisy due to the traffic outside. No shower gel, schampoo or conditioner. Only a very cheap hand soap. We will not stay here again.

Super location. The heating system did not work so the apartment was very cold. We were 7 people but there was only 5 chairs and only a small table. The beds was old and not very good. Next time we visit Riga we will find a different place to stay in the old town.

Ideal location Good communication Cleanliness questionable, wasn’t sure if apartment had been cleaned prior to arrival-two towels dumped on top of washing machine so not sure if clean or not so had to wash and dry prior to use. Bin in bathroom and kitchen were full and smelt because of used nappies in them. Sink strainer had food debris in it and the floor was dirty. Shame because it had everything that we needed for the weekend at a good price

Plussat: Sijainti oli erinomainen ja asunto siisti. Miinukset: Majoituksen varustelu oli kehno. 4 oluttuopin lisäksi 3 kpl laseja: yksi grogilasi, yksi snapsilasi ja yksi maitolasi. Kuvissa näytti, että asunnossa majoittuisi mukavasti 3 erillistä aikuista ihmistä. Parisängyn ja vuodesohvan lisäksi oleva ylimääräinen sänky oli kuitenkin käyttökelvoton ikean avattava "heteka", josta puuttui 1/3 tukilaudoista. Verhoista yksi oli pudonnut kokonaan, muut verhot repsottivat. Päämakuuhuoneessa ei ollut minkäänlaista laskutilaa tavaroille, ei yöpöytiä tai tuoleja. Mitään tekstiilejä vuodevaatteiden tai verhojen lisäksi ei ollut, joten vaikutelma oli epäkodikas. Kadulta tuleva meteli häiritsi, olohuoneen sohvalla nukkuva valvoi 2:een asti yöllä kuunnellessaan ikkunan alapuolella olevan ravintolan meteliä ja talon lämmitysjärjestelmän päästämää ääntä.

Siisti asunto ja hyvä sijainti. Lyhyt matka kävellä eri puolille kaupunkia. Rauhallinen paikka.

One of the dirtiest, most uncomfortable stays I’ve ever been to. The pictures are deceiving, the place felt like we were in a detention facility. It smelled like pee. There were only 2 beds for 4 people. (Twin size beds). Cockroaches and mosquitos in the living room. We had to leave after 5 the first night. We couldn’t wait to get out. The place had no AC, and no air circulation in any of the rooms. We were thrilled to change hotels once the owner of the property provided us with a refund and Expedia kindly shifted us to another room.

Supert opphold her, med 3 venner. Stor og romslig leilighet, der det var mye utstyr på kjøkkenet - som ga oss mulighet til å lage mat hjemme. Fin beliggenhet, i gamlebyen! Anbefales!

Great location, but the apartment on the third floor, building has no elevator. It should be mentioned in property description.

Perfekt boende för par, perfekt läge. Allt man behövde fanns. Kunde städats bättre under/bakom möbler. Lite trasiga saker, men inget som störde.
