Landhaus Boutique Motel - Self Check-In

La propiedad esta en una tercera planta y no hay ascensor El baño esta muy mal diseñado, toda el agua al bañarte pasa a la habitacion. El self check-in no funciona muy bien, a la hora de buscar la reserva no aparece con los datos de tu reserva y tienes que acudir a alternativas para que funcione. Esto es lo malo wue he visto, por la parte buena es que esta muy bien limpia, muy tranuilo y bello el edificio, muy moderno y acogedor el lugar, en general para pasar una noche esta bien si dejas en consideracion que toda las toallas las vas a utilizar para el agua derramada y que tienes que cargar las maletas por 3 pisos a traves de las escaleras.

The accomodation uses an online system without any human intervention. That is terrible. We were not satisfied, wanted to check out early but the online system does not know that option. The room is small, only one chair but if you sit on this no one van walk. Working space js very limited, much sound from bust road along the room. Bathroom is nice and modern. We would not recommend this.

Auch wenn nur kurz war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthaltes in diesem sehr neuen Hotel!

Well, we had a little wobble getting booked in and accessing the property as it is not staffed so that added a little stress to the booking in process BUT once sorted, and it did get sorted within 30 mins, the room was great and scenery was superb. Also, not connect to this hotel to me knowledge, the restaurant next door was Great!

Checking in was a long difficult process. Checking out was the same. I did not even check out - I just left my key and went. You should easily be able to look up a guest without confirmation number.

Otroligt krångligt att checka in. Solen låg på displayen så det var näst intill omöjligt att skriva in oss eftersom den inte reagerade på fingertryck. Ingen personal alls på plats. Men rummet var bra med sköna sängar. Mycket begränsat utbud av restauranger i byn.

Self-service check-in was cumbersome and the person we finally reached was through phone was complaining that they manage two locations and hence could not find our reservation. I cannot understand how we were to know that or be blamed for HIM not finding our reservation. Otherwise the place and room were fine. One should, however, mention clearly the accessibility limitations, i.e. requires getting up two sets of stairs.

It’s better to do the whole check in process on the email they sent you, at the property is a little bit tricky with the iPad / computer they have at the door

Camera di giuste dimensioni con bel bagno e doccia (no bidet). No ascensore e registrazione lunghissima su schermo computer esterno sotto il Sole con tastiera poco funzionante. Però parcheggio riservato, camera tranquilla nonostante la finestra dia sulla strada Vaduz-Austria. Molto comodo come base per escursioni. Nella notte, trambusto al piano di sopra e dovuto uscire per far silenziare le persone sopra l'hotel.

soggiorno di una notte in coppia. Stanza pulita, confortevole e moderna con tutto il necessario per la notte. Ottimo il check in automatizzato. Segnalo l assenza di ascensore, che per qualcuno potrebbe essere un problema. Un paio di bottiglie d acqua in frigo o quantomeno un distributore di bevande avrebbero alzato il voto per il servizio. Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”. This building is nowhere to be seen from the hotel, however the views we did get were stunning. Would stay again if we were to come back.

*Summer Stay* The hotel is right on the main road of the country. Though the entrance and parking lot is on the small road (alley) on the other of the building. The hotel starts on the third floor. This is only accessible by stairs which was noted in the booking process. The check in was rather difficult due to how hard it was to see the screen. The sun was behind me shinning on the screen making it extremely dark. I tried changing angles. I tried using my arm and then a folder to try and block the sun to no avail. The other issue with check in that isn't mentioned or I missed was that you can't pay cash at the property. You are required to use a credit card. There is no person there when you check in. The room (105) I was in was very warm and didn't have any air flow even with the windows open. Only one side of the window could open all the way as the other side was blocked by a cabinet. That side could only move about 4 inches (~10 cm). In other words no real help. Having the windows did allow a large number of insects in. Including a grasshopper, mosquitoes and flies. The room was definitely designed for a single person. There was no door on the bathroom. The bed is 80cm (31.5") wide this is smaller than the standard twin which is 90cm (36"). The desk... everything in the room is tiny. Except the cabinet that is a standard size. I would be happy to stay here again making sure that i bring a fan for the night. Due to how warm and stuffie the room can be.

Leuk hotel, geen balie en/of servicedesk. Zelfstandig inchecken. Ging heel gemakkelijk. Het enige wat ik mis is een airco in de kamer. Met 34 graden wordt het toch erg warm op de kamer en koelt het niet heel snel af savonds. Verder heb je ook geen lift, het hotel begint op de 3e etage dus je zult mer je spullen een stukje moeten sjouwen. Verder is alles top en goed geregeled!

Decent motel, only a short bus journey into the main towns. Very warm in there, no AC (as most places). I got bitten very badly at night, and no changes to bedding happened during our stay.

The room was nice and clean, getting access was simple. It would be great if the windows have screens so that you can cool off with out being bitten by mosquitoes.
