Staffs appreciated expedia Vip guests. Spacious rooms with great facilities. Service overall was fine - normally you don’t find this in big casino hotel. Hardware wise pretty much luxury at its best
A couple of cons: Mizumi’s cooking was mediocre, not worth the money. The sachet coffee in the room “cheapen” the hotel - Nespresso machine or smth similar would be awesome
Overall, a very satisfying stay

I wish I could have stayed longer it was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Hong Kong/Macau region. Exceptional service (every single staff member went above and beyond to deliver the best service). The decor is exquisite, very palatial and beautiful flowers everywhere, they smell lovely and I couldn’t stop taking photos! Plus I had a view of the fountains from my room. There is so much to do from the gorgeous jacuzzi/pool area, the spa was dreamy and I loved my palace pedicure. Thats before the water fountains, the shops and the casino! Which were all brilliant too. I liked the casino as it was better laid out than other casinos in the area and more peaceful. The breakfast was top tier and I tried 99 Noodles which was super yummy. I honestly was not considering coming back to Hong Kong / Macau but now I must just to experience this fabulous hotel again. Thank you so much and I really appreciate the birthday truffles surprise too :)

非常好的一次體驗！雖然人客非常多，但對於第一次入住的我來說，雖然沒有升級，但酒店的安排已經超出預期！對於有小朋友的我們一家，酒店貼心準備了小朋友用品！一家人都非常滿意！特別感謝前台李曉彤經理的一切貼心安排！我們一定會再回來住的！
