Convenient location: it is near the airport. Good service: free shuttle bus and packed breakfast when requested as I needed to leave the hotel at 5:00am. The room is large and clean. The hotel is over my expectation. It is highly recommended.

This airport is close to the airport but felt very different than it looked in the photos. The rooms were down a hallway that appeared more like a storage unit facility than a hotel. However, everything was clean and well kept so it is a good spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay close to the airport. We also did not hear airplanes flying overhead which was nice given the proximity to the airport.

I’d stay there again

The property is well equipped with a nice pool and gym. The shuttle bus service is great as it takes you to & from the airport, where there are plenty of restaurants and shop to spend the time.

Propre, confortable. La piscine est très agréable et grande. Même architecte que les casernes militaire! Des barrières partout, énorme complexe.Pas assez de navettes depuis l'aéroport :Taxi ou Grab. Dommage, son seul avantage étant la proximité de l'aéroport, sans ce service le tarif est surcoté.

Das Hotel ist eine gute Option, wenn man in Flughafennähe eine Bleibe sucht. Der Shuttle fährt stündlich vom Hotel aus zum Flughafen ab 06:00 Uhr morgens und dauert ca.10 Minuten. Bei Anreise sollte man sich vorab informieren, wann und wo der Shuttle zum Hotel genau abfährt (am Flughafen selbst waren diese Infos nicht zu finden). Wenn es zeitlich passt, ist der Shuttle vermutlich die bessere Option, denn je nach Terminal und Ankunftszeit kann man auf ein Grab schon mal über 40 min warten. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und zweckmäßig, sonst aber nicht wirklich gemütlich. Ebenso die Korridere. Wirkte etwas wie ein Motel. Schön und modern hingegen ist der Rest der Anlage mit dem Pool und Restaurantbereich. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen in der Bar ist ok.

We stayed one night between flights. They offer free pick up and drop off at the airport but with limited times, so if you miss the bus, your options are limited, as the hotel is close to the airport, but not walkable, Taxis and GRABs are reluctant to take the small fare, we ended up booking at the Taxi coupon desk, but she had to find a driver that would take our fare. This is a fairly new hotel, with a big central building surrounded by accommodation, it did look a bit like a mining camp, the rooms are spacious, but a little soulless, the bed is comfy with crisp clean white sheets. While the shower was hot with good pressure, the shower head was a disaster as it kept flopping down and you couldn't tighten it up. We had room 2001 right next to the entry door, it does not have good soundproofing and was very noisy when anyone came in or out of the building, bring ear plugs. They provide water, tea and coffee making facilities. The pool was delightful, very large and sparkling clean, with plenty of pool towels available, but sadly very few loungers for the size of the hotel. The staff were always smiling and very friendly, though they were very slow to clear used plates at our evening meal. We had the evening buffet dinner, which was OK nothing special and breakfast which was plentiful with good variety, would be nice as an airport hotel if breakfast started at 5.30am not 6.30 am, Drinks at the hotel bar are very expensive. Would we stay again, yes, despite a few niggles.

Great stay at Ibis Styles Sepand Klia. I only had a day there, but the room was nice and the breakfast variety was really nice as well. The shuttle is a great plus. For reference, if you want to go downtown, I paid 75MR for a grab and it took around an hour and ten minutes on a Sunday afternoon and then paid the same to come back from KLSS, but the street food and walk around downtown were definitely worth it. The only two issues I had for my stay were: One of the doors didn't shut to the exterior of the building, so it buzzed for quite awhile at about 6am. Finally, I got out of bed and shut the door. The only other thing to be aware of is the room takes awhile to cool down and the washroom is the last thing to cool off.

Easy transfer from airport on free shuttle, and quick check in. Got a breakfast bag from reception as was leaving the next day before brrakfast started.

Surely we look for other options once back in KL

We stayed here as a layover for one night, to catch a flight the next day. This was located right next to the airport, and the hotel itself was great.

Nice rooms and a lovely property all together

レストランについて ①料金の支払いにルームチャージ不可（支払いは現金、VISAのみ）は不便。 ②料理にフィッシュ＆チップスを注文したがチップスが山盛り出てきた。料金も高かったのでメニューに料理の写真を掲示する必要がある。
