We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The standout feature was the stunning pool with an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Marriott has had its best days even the it is starred still as 5. Fortunately we had booked a room with executive lounge access and it was the highlight of the stay as Mr. Nigel Wong and Ms. Felicia took care of us during our 5 days of spending in the hotel. They made us felt more than welcome and shared some good tips what to do in Kota Kinabalu. Also, the exec.lounge had the best view to the sea and beautiful sunsets.

When we arrived the girl at the counter told us there was an issue with water pressure in some of the rooms. She didn’t know which rooms which we thought was strange. We were tired from our travels so we told her we would take the room anyway. When we got to the room the water pressure and temperature was fine.
Other guests were taking refunds and changing hotels because they were being given the same information. It was around 5PM and I was glad that we didn’t go through the hassle of finding another hotel.
