The staff was helpful, the check in process was fast and eventho the room quite small but it is totally okay because I got the space I need to put my luggage and walk arround. Well indeed the price talks. Anyway, there 's some kind of smell, I think it was indian spices smell arround the hotel, but my nose can quite adapt to the smell somehow. So that 's quite okay. For sum up, I think it is a pleasant visit.

Yesterday, my colleague comes to this Hotel. He just stay 1 hour in this Sakura Elite Hotel. It is not Elite. It is bad hotel in cleanliness. The room are smoking and very uncomfort. Please be better for next. Thank you.

The receptionist told me to wait even if I had made my booking earlier. I do not understand the reason for that. You can even hear doors banging late at night.

First of all, they say that the hotel is elite, but there is nothing elite in the hotel. The hotel rooms are damp and smelly. It makes no sense to make a reservation by believing the photos they share. Even if they changed the room the first night we went, all of the rooms shown are in the same terrible condition. You should think twice when booking a room.

The location is really good cause we need to go back and forth to Tung Shin hospital (3 mins walk). Really worth it for the price 💯 Staffs are really nice and professional. But had few troubles with wifi and sound isolation is really bad so you can hear your neighbors conversation, I suggest to get the room with windows cause there 's no air circulation at all in the room without windows thus we get sick within one week staying here.

Located on a major street accessible by cars so getting here by ride is the easiest way. The closest train station is Plaza Rakyat, which requires about 3-4 minutes walk through Pudu Bus Sentral by taking the stairs (no escalator). And if Pudu Sentral has closed, you need to take a longer detour that still requires stairs. |Receptionists greeted kindly and allowed early check-in since there was vacancy. RM50 for deposit, and RM10 for Tourism Tax. |Booked a Single Room No Window with Breakfast. The sound insulation is bad. You could clearly hear next door and the hallway, especially when your neighbor is loud. |Bed and blanket are clean, though the bed is slightly hard. Pillow is miserably thin, feels almost like nothing's there. AC is blowing nicely, and fortunately not directly at the bed. TV's working with limited channels. There's a chair and a coffee table, along with electric kettle and a mug. Sadly there's no hanger, so you have to just throw your clothes on the chair. There's only 1 UK socket. |Bathroom is also quite spacious, with only overhead shower. Bidet works fine. There's fresh towel, floor mat, and hand dryer. Weirdly, there's only shampoo bottle. One of the bad things is the shower drain is slow. When you shower too long, the water will pool enough that it'd reach the door, spilling into the bedroom. This also makes using the hand dryer after showering quite dangerous. |Breakfast on the same floor as lobby is nothing much. Just 2 slices of bread, 2 eggs, a sausage, and a slice of… meat. Tea and water are also available. |Bus stop is slightly far, and the nearest train station is 3-4 minutes requiring climbing stairs. There are a few hotels around the block as well as convenience stores. Only a handful of food places, and they don't open until late at night. Luckily Alor Hawker Street is about 10 minutes away on foot. At night, it could be a bit dangerous to walk since there's not much light nor activities.
