WEIL Hotel

My experience at Weil Hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip to Malaysia. Two staff member, Arrini and Salis, was very rude during my stay. I had asked if the hotel could warm up some food I bought from a nearby restaurant the following day. Initially, I was told yes, but later I was spoken to harshly and told no. I found the interaction unprofessional and upsetting. The room was not as clean as I expected. The bed sheets appeared dirty, there was no hand soap provided, and I felt the overall cleanliness of the hotel needed significant improvement. The Wi-Fi was also very poor and unreliable. The breakfast was another disappointment, as much of the food was cold and did not meet expectations. Considering how much we paid, I expected a much better experience. I stayed at seven different hotels during my time in Malaysia, and this was by far my least enjoyable stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel! 0/10

Everything was up to my expectation except for one small thing...the hotel does not replenish the tidbits everyday after the 1st day upon arrival. If they can replenish bottles of mineral water, coffee, tea satchets & toilet rolls, why not give customers fresh tidbits everyday in the room? The cleaners said they only give the 2 packets of tidbits for the 1st day only.

Good location

Breakfast need to start earlier. If room comes with breakfast option, then, there should be a free option for a takeaway breakfast if the restaurant is not opened early enough. The attached shopping mall is boring. So being attached to a shopping mall is no longer an attraction. Friendly staff. Cowboy hats make the door men interesting and different. The green and yellow decorations look cheap and childish.

We only stayed 1 night on our way to Hat Yai from Singapore. As an EV driver, I appreciated the 6 L2/destination charger unit stall in the mall garage.

All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days.

Good location. Not too far from places to walk and eat. Frontdesk and Conciege staff are friendly and helpful in general. Buffet breakfast has enough variety but speed of refilling food is bit slow.

The room is spacious snd clean , the staff is excellent and helpful .

This hotel was fantastic. My stay was don't comfortable my wife did her shopping.

客室や洗面所の木枠がおしゃれだけだなく、実用的にタオルや洋服を掛けたりと便利に使えました。タオルもフカフカで洗面台に浄水器もあり、なにより深いバスタブでくつろぐ事ができました。 屋上からの景色も夕陽に夜景と毎日行きました。 フロントの近くにレモネードが飲める時間があり、おいしくいただきました。給水機もあるのでマイボトル持参をおすすめします。 モールへはOPEN時間内は1階から繋がっており、大型スーパーやレストランと非常に便利です。 ネット環境はWiFiが繋がらず、スタッフに聞いてなんとか使えるのは今どき？？？です。そこだけがマイナスです。 朝食は特にサラダの葉物が新鮮で種類もありました。

The location is great as it is beside a shopping mall. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Pool area needs to be updated. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is ok but many items are barely warm.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The congee and rice were cooked properly.

Everything was excellent - the room, the staff, the breakfast menu.
