Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

If you don’t have your pool towel by 2pm, forget it. They only have enough towels to last until noon. They put a crying baby in the room next to ours. It’s not rocket science. Put families in one area of the hotel and couples/adults in the other. We woke up two mornings in a row to a screaming crying baby at 5:30am. Miserable!!

Disappointed and Frustrated – Not the Dreams Experience I Expected I’ve stayed at Dreams Resorts before and had great experiences, but this location in Cabo was a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. They lost my luggage and somehow gave it to another guest. When I finally got it back, I thought things might improve—but they didn’t. There was loud, constant construction going on right outside my room. No warning about this ahead of time. On top of that, the staff (with two exceptions) were rude, dismissive, and kept giving me the runaround any time I asked for help. The only bright spots were the bartender at the lobby and the man who helped me get my taxi—both were kind and actually seemed to care. I wish I had gotten their names because they were the only ones who made an effort. The food was terrible—barely any variety, and what was available was just not good. The adult pool was gross—hot, with a greasy film across the top that made it feel unclean. The pool bars closed ridiculously early (around 4pm), and the staff working them acted like guests were a bother. I expected so much more from a Hyatt Regency property. This trip felt more like a bad budget motel experience than a relaxing resort vacation. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Absolutely 10/10 the poeple the workers everyone was so so nice and helpful and made this trip so memorable. Would go back. Food was great too

Excellent property overall. This was my second dreams location. Staff were all helpful and ready to serve. Irvan at the Sea Side Grill was the best. We ate there daily and he always remembered us and what we liked. I would stay at this hotel again.

We went to my niece’s wedding. This is a perfect name for this place “Dreams” because I felt like I was in a dream! We had a fantastic time together!

We went for my daughter’s wedding. We had a wonderful time. We all want to go back soon.

Beautiful property, amazing top notch food and drink choices, loved the separate pools and step in pools off suites. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Entertainment was fun. Beds so so comfortable and clean. Incredibly relaxing and just an amazing experience.

The pool for Hyatt Preferred members was much nicer than the main pool. It was also much quieter and the service was very attentive. My main problem with our stay is that, as a preferred member, I expected a nice room location. Our room was terrible and overlooked the roof of Portofino. I asked the front desk to move us and they said they had something available for the following night. And it was only marginally better. We ended up staying there but I would have never paid that much for such a poor location. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. The buffet was what you’d expect. The Italian restaurant and the Seaside Grill were really good options. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again.

La alberca está muy bonita para disfrutar afuera. La música el las albercas muy agradable. Pero mi cuarto estaba sucio El baño demasiado sucio con olores muy feos Muy descuidada la limpieza. Saliendo al pasillo demasiado sucio. La comida con muy muy limitada y muy poquitas opciones de comer. Viajamos 14 personas y todos coincidimos en lo mismo… el personal muy de mala actitud .. no amables no nos gusto el trato del personal

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Los Cabos. The food was so good, lots of options for everyone. Endless drink options! All the staff were lovely, especially Irving who gave us a beautiful personal experience. He set up a beautiful private dinner on the beach for my boyfriend and I. Will definitely be making a trip back!

Beautiful experience. Me and my husband didn’t want to leave. The staff were AMAZING and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious! The pools were so refreshing and the activities were so much FUN! Definitely coming back!

We had an amazing time at this resort! The workers especially made our trip even better. Especially Humberto (a waiter), Irvin (a waiter), and Jhon (Jhon Manuel from entertainment). Each of these workers made our trip unfortunately and made our experience at this resort worth every penny. All of these workers are such hard working people with the best personalities! So genuine and really made us feel at home.

There’s no words to describe this place it kids friendly very clean very respectful staff, very nice staff, the babysitters here are absolutely wonderful. My kids didn’t want to leave the day care . I would love to thank the teachers. Andy, Tony, Pao, Naye, clay, and sandy. We really appreciate you guys.

The concierge Julia was amazing. Did a great job. Highly recommend her for any VIP service. She did an amazing job.

Everything about dreams resort was everything I hoped it would be! From the beautiful beach, to the incredible staff and a special shout out to Dulce at the lobby bar, ~ ;) I never really felt the need to leave the resort, five excellent restaurants, incredible service, massages on the beach, books by the pool. I’ll be back for sure.!
