Everything we tried on their menus, including the breakfast, was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending things to do around La Paz. The rooms were very spacious and up to date. The view from the rooms and the rooftop restaurants was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

The afternoon check in woman is not helpful at all. It appears she doesn’t want to even be working. There is a ton of construction debris surrounding the side and back of hotel that many rooms look over.

Wonderful stay! 100% recommend. Breakfast buffet is great. Rooms are large and great view of ocean. Staff are incredible.

Beautiful hotel at the end of the Malecón. Excellent staff, beautiful room with a partial ocean view, and refreshing air conditioning! Very nice hot breakfast buffet with lots to choose from including fresh fruit. On the upper most level is a bar and bar snacks with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is 2 foot deep L shape which runs around the dining room room. Perfect for young kids. All in all we loved our stay here.

The break-fast buffet was fresh and delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very large and comfortable. We slept well. We had a partial ocean view from our balcony. We only recommend that this hotel add a full size pool for families to enjoy. La Paz weather is hot but can be enjoyable.

Great Service, Excellent breakfast, and very nice property in a great location.

El 26 de marzo, un huésped, esposo de mi sobrina en la habitación 306, se cayó en la ducha, resultando lesión en la cabeza y corte en el pie que requirió 6 puntadas. La recepcionista Joanna no consideró necesario puntos porque la herida dejó de sangrar. Recogieron los vidrios rotos, pero el pie siguió sangrando. Llegó un médico dos horas después y decidió hospitalizarlo, ya que no tenía los instrumentos para las puntadas. Le dieron antibiótico y analgésicos. El médico dijo que Jonathan no puede trabajar una semana. Hablé con el gerente del hotel, Ruben, para pedir reembolso por esas fechas para cubrir la semana sin trabajo; me dijo que haría un reporte. Nos dieron otra habitación, no la reservada. El 27 de marzo, pedí hablar con el gerente sobre el reembolso y me respondió que yo debía pagar por la puerta, lo cual fue un insulto. El incidente arruinó nuestros planes y el personal fue muy despectivo. El médico no tuvo empatía y aún no recibimos su informe. Hoy intenté obtenerlo y nadie responde. ¡Nunca más me quedo allí, fue una pesadilla!

Great place to stay in La Paz. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, wonderful views. We will come back next year.

El menú del desayuno lo sentí muy limitado. Y le falto sazón. El pesonal no se me hizo tan amable por lo menos no el del restaurante. La alberca es pequeña. Dedtacsble la vista y lo amplio de las habitaciones. Aúnque el primer piso no tiene nada de vista. Tal vez la próxima procure reservar algo en un nivel más alto aunque obvio será más caro

The hotel stay at HBule Maletcon as very nice. The roof top bar had an impressive view, wonderful drinks and gourmet appetizers. Dinner was delicious. Kudos to the chef! Bed and pillows very comfortable. We were able to walk to the Malercon and all the restaurants. Very clean town! The only downside was the hotel construction trash outside our window (although we kept that shade closed and we were on the4th floor). Overall I reccommend staying here. Price was right too.

The view was excellent, rooms were clean and the bar was amazing. 100 percent recommended.

Apparently relatively new hotel. There’s no steps in there, which was a little strange. Staff was helpful and very clean. It was a nice hotel overall. If you like to walk, you can get to a lot of places which was great for us, otherwise you will definitely need a taxi for most everything .

We picked this hotel for the view. Their roof top restaurant for breakfast was excellent. We had a Sunday brunch. The view was great! Our room had a balcony with a partial view and it was great too. Very comfortable. Accommodating staff. It is not downtown. Close enough
