LUV Tulum

Amazing Location, close enough to walk North to Restaurants and South to Wild Tulum as it was 30 years ago and Sian Khan Biosphere. The Bar and Restaurant provide excellent Breakfast, Cocktails and meals.

Perfect place!

We were quite mixed about the experience offered by Luv Tulum. Here are our points: Positives: The location is absolutely stunning; we have access to a private beach, which makes the experience very enjoyable. The continental breakfast was very good. The servers at the restaurant were exemplary, and we received excellent service. The hotel is situated in one of the quietest areas of Tulum, which made the experience "relaxing" as we originally desired! Negatives: The breakfast was very repetitive; we were there for 4 days, and the menu did not change. It's a shame not to offer more variety. The hotel's restaurant is overpriced, sometimes even more expensive than some places in Tulum. For example, the plate with 3 tacos for 20 USD, while you can generally find 4 tacos for 15 USD at beachside locations. No hot water upon arrival in the room, but it was effectively resolved the following day. The bathroom lacks privacy, as there are no real doors separating the shower area from the rest of the room. The room is sorely lacking in amenities: No mosquito nets, which made sleeping unpleasant. No air conditioning, which was also not ideal for sleeping. No fridge to store even water for hydration (considering the prices the hotel charges for water, it's a real shame not to provide a fridge for guests). We had ordered to-go breakfasts as we had an excursion planned for the day, but the hotel did not fulfill the service.

The rooms are beautiful, the beach is perfect, it’s close to a lot of cute places and the staff works very hard to keep guests happy.

Beautiful location, stunning views, my biggest problem was that The AC is turned off every morning, the doors and windows have huge spaces under and above letting the hot humid air in. Hard to sleep. Some windows are just holes you can’t close. So if u need AC be aware.

The location of the property was good, what I don’t like was that the toilets work only half of the time and AC didn’t work if you love sleeping drenched in sweat well this is the spot for you for the price that you pay everything should work.

We absolutely loved our stay at Luv. I have made searching for an accommodation on the beach a study and I am so happy I went for this one. I think comparing to the other accomodations, it’s fairly priced for a beachfront hotel. The huts and surroundings are beautiful and the staff is amazing. They were always smiling and available. The main reasons why we have picked this place is because it’s quiet and private. The inclusive breakfast is delicious too. We would definitely recommend and come back to Luv

A wonderful hotel in the prime location on Tulum Beach - very friendly and helpful staff. Super full service breakfasts and excellent food and drinks through the day. Our favourite hotel in Tulum - small and exclusive with a real touch of style.
